ICICI Bank Credit Cards — Credit card malpracticing

I have 2 credit cards from ICICI bank, two month before i was suppose to pay arround 45 thousand Rs againts these credit cards. In the process to collect this money ICICI bank blocked my whole money in my Savings account nearly 25000 after one month they took it without any intimation, in the next month they again blocked my approximatly 14000 Rs and took it, now i am suppose to pay only around 9000 Rs but still they have blocked 45000 Rs in my current accouont. i asked they many times since 2 months that i want setllement and i have raised request also for this but they are not doing any thing, they told me that collection department will contact you but i am not getting any call from them, today again i called in customer care and told the same, then i got to know that they have put my request on pending without any information. every time they are doing the same thing and due to this, whenever billing cycle gets completed the due amount increses.

Please help me in this situation.

I had taken a loan on 200000 in nov 2007. I started my payments and paid first emi in dec.07 and had been regularly paying these emi till nov. 09. till nov.09 the number of installments is 24 whereas the statement shows as 23. I had been an honest and sincere customer for years. I will not pay any emi further.take this on records from my side my card no. is [protected]. please call me at [protected].

my card number [protected]. which was expired in June 2017 On Oct.28 I was requesting for the new card and the official promised me to send the new card.But till today it doesn't arrive.Kindly look on this and do the necessary.
