[Resolved]  ICICI Bank Credit Cards. — Complaint Against ICICI Credit Card Department, Bhandarkar Road, Pune

I never ever purchased anything against my credit card. Still ICICI charged me Rs.26500/-. As my salary account is linked with my credit card, ICICI Bank Shivaji Nagar, Pune branch has kept a Lien of -26500/ against my Infosys Salary Account. I was not knowing that ICICI Credit Card Department has purchased the Insurance Policy on my credit card which was a rediculous thing for me.

I wanted to keep the good relationship with ICICI Bank specially with my Salary Account hence I have setteled this issue by paying Rs.2000/- by cheque to ICICI Credit Department and removed a Lien from my account.

Now again ICICI Bank sent me a Letter Stating that u have less balance in your account. I am not able to understand the worst linkage between ICICI Bank and ICICI Credit Card Department.

Hence I will quit the ICICI Bank Account and escalating this issue to the Consumer Court and Infosys Management.

I ASHISH JAIN, A CREDIT CARD HOLDER OF YOUR BANK REQUESTED ERLIER FOR THE REVERSAL OF ALL THE CHARGES FROM NOVEMBER 2008 TO JANUARY2009. I GIVE THE COMPLAIN ON 29TH JAN ND GOT THE CALL ON 30TH JAN ANN GET ASSURED THAT THE BANK WILL DO THE NEEDFUL. BUTNOW ALSO I DONT GET THE REVERSAL OF THE CHARGES FROM NOV2008 TO JAN2009.SO PLEASE THE NEEDFUL AS SOON AS POSSIBLE OR CANCELLED THE CARD. I HOPE I WILL RECEIVE THE CALL FROM YOUR DEPARTMENT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE
Note: Kindly make change of my email id to new one [protected]@yahoo.co.in to the credit card number:[protected] and also i would like to go for britishairways credit card it is to update my details please call me to [protected].

Hope you will certainly change my card to British airways credit card.

Yes. I agree as I am also victim of credit card network, services and behavior. They do not know what is business.The culture of credit card management is, in my view, is based on harrassement to the cutomer and if need I may proceed to cunsumer forum for justice.

i paid my feb 09 bill by cheque on 03.03.09 amount Rs.2505. and get conformation on 05.03.09 from ICICI
when i was seen the e statement there was 06.03.09 - Cheque return
i want know, why that cheque is return?
if thr cheque is return, where is the cheque?
and what is the reasion?
For that they charge me arrount Rs.150.00.
regarding this i already lauched a complaint here one month back, and i get replay from icici " give me 7 workin days time - we will get back to you"

but now almost one month was over, no responce from icici.
i called customer care, they were tell " i write the card no is wrong" how it is possible?

if the no is wrong how you make entry on 03.03.09 in my card.
I am very un happy on this isue.
last one month i was flowup this isue. when you are going to solve? if we are making one day delay you are charging lot of fine, but you are making one month delay, howmuch you are going to pay me?

I have a credit card for deutsche bank, due to my job change I shifted my self from Delhi & NCR to Visakhapatnam. I called to Bank regarding change of address so that I will be able to make payment but they said they can not change as Visakhapatnam is not in there service area, I asked to send bill through email but as till today not a single bill as send out on my email.

Deutsche Bank, Infinity tower-c,
Ground floor, Gurgaon Haryana Cell Number:- [protected] called to my Father and abused him, used very bad language to him which I really can not tolrate. When I called to him He asked to give Rs.5ooo.oo in the Account#[protected] on the name of Mr. Sunil Kumar so that they wont call to my Father. Immediatlly I sent that much amount in Mr. Sunil Kumar's account. I am still not understanding what is this going on. I am looking for sattlement from imediate effect. Can some one Help.

One credit card had issued which has validation from 11-2008 to 11-2012 .I had my salary account with icici and after that I got many insurance related calls and so many calls from different regions .I haven't accepted any policies offered by them
I got one sms on may saying that "It had been put to zero balance " .Actually I have used the card once for online transaction and paid the amount correctly .After that I couldn't used the card due to personal reasons.


On may lat week ( may 29th ) I got a letter saying that "My Credit card has been put to zero balance due to security reasons and it can be activated if I calls the customer care " So i called customer care, after gong through the long procedures one officer updated me that my card has been canceled permanently and need to take another card .



So which is true ? My card canceled ? or it is active ? If it is canceled, what is the reason ? and what is the need for the e-mail ?

Whether you can cancel just with the reason that I haven't used for one months ?

I am your credit card holder since three to four yrs but i am really sorry to say that your icici credit card department is very irresponsible because i was ur regular purchaser of yours and apart from that i always diposit all the payment of yours but aap log baar baar pata nahi koun si outstanding ki baat karte hain presently i am working with hindustan Aeronautic Limited In Lucknow Division and i am very punctual about my outstanding payments i have all the proves like my PNB Bank Passbook which shown that i had deposit all my outstandings phir bhi main aapke icici bank gai unko apni bank passbook dikhai tab bhi un logon ne mujhse bahut misbehaive kiya jabki i am senior citizen but now i am very much deperess about the icici system mera koi bhi outstanding baki nahi hai phir bhi mujhe baar baar paison ke liye pareshan kiya ja raha hai jisse meri bahut insult ho rahi hai aur that i can't tolarate please solve my problem otherwise i will lounch FIR against ICICI Bank.please do the needful

very poor behaviour of your icici branch 100 ft road, ahmedabad. manager or asstt. manager always in meeting. donot want to meet the customers. they donot have any respect for the people.
