Credit Card — waiver of charges

shocked to receive statement of my Credit Card No.[protected] for the month of july. You have debted Rs.100/- plus services charges twice during july on account of fee levied for
cash deposited . Since I was not aware of these charges I have
deposited cash. I am serving as an officer in Bank of India. You
are requested to reverse these charges otherwise I will be
commpelled to return my Credit Card with immediate effect.

ICICI Bank Credit Card — overdue charges

Hi, it is to inform you that i have an credit card of icici bank last two years. I had diposited my credit card payment before due date by cheque no. 778917 INDIAN BANK Rupees 6730.00 and the amount has been credit to my account. But the icici bank charging me 400.00 rupees late payment charges and 325.00 interest and service charges extra. dharamvir

Had to pay 11000.00 towards credit card bill and forgotten as i was very busy on US trip. In the next month bill they have included 1200.00 as late fee charges and interest. This is first time in my life paying credit card amount after the due date. This time, have forgotten to pay. But, the affect is severe. They are charging 1200.00 on 1100.0 for not paying the amount in time for just once.

ICICI Credit Card — WAIVER FOR LATE FEE

Sir,

I had sent a cheque for Rs.5720/- which u have already credited against my credit card no.[protected] Now the current bill u charged me Rs.600/- as late payment fee. Since I had made my payments in time what is the reason for charging me Rs.600/-as late payment fee. I think due to an oversight one of the digit was missing in the cheque. issued to you. If that had informed to me I would have done it within no time, becoz I am always within reachable.

Now I request you to kindly waive the late payment fee Rs.600/- being a regular and old customer who have not made any as such. Would appreciate your support in this regards.

ICICI Bank Credit Card — late payment

I alok jauhari have a credit card no. [protected] of icici bank. I have concern to the branch before the giving payment . The bank Authorised person tells me that you don't have to give the any payment because you have alredy payed the amount you have to pay to bank Rs.11,887.70/- and you have payed Rs. 20162/-. Then also i have Asked the Authorised person that if any amount i have to pay i can pay it . The Bank Authorised person told me you have no need to pay any amount but if you want to pay for your your next purchasing you can pay the amount of Rs. 500/- only . I have paid the amount . All the amount was paid before due date .Then also bank Puts late payment charges on my A/c . when i called the custmor care the bank told me that it will be reversed to your a/c in 48 hours the amount which has been debited on the late payment charges and sevice tax also will be . the executive was Mr. prashant .the amount was Rs.441.20/- The bank have not yet reversed the same amount .

So i request you to that revesed the above amount and send me a SMS on my Ph no. the amount which i have to pay the bank.

Hi I am really shocked after receiving the statement which they mentioned intrest charges I have paid almost 99% of due for that one % (by mistake unpaid) icici charged Rs: 4529 + 812 rupees .
How people survey with your charges weather do you people giving card for making money like this earning such a bad way . We are not earning like this give simply we spend entire month to earn money . I need waiver immediately reply me update me asap . Or else tell me then I plan accordingly.
