[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — Fake Calls - harassing me that i didn't pay credit card

ICICI Credit Card — Harassing

The amount of Rs. 3780/- was unauthorized debit on 14/01/2008 from my current account no[protected] against credit card no [protected]. But I already surrender this card with full & final settlement. No payment dues in that card. Bank gives us full & final Settlement letter too. My several request they not credit this amountin my account, tilled date now.

I HAVE ALREADY PAID FULL PAYMENT AFTER DISCUSSED WITH YOUR EXECUITEVE Mt. RAJESH ( SAKAR-1 BRANCH, AHMEDABAD) On Dt. 29-07-08 VIDE RECIEPT NO. 6005107
AND HE WAS COLLECTED CREDID CARD IN BROKEN CONDITION FROM ME, I HAVe RETURN EVIDENCE THAT NO MORE DUES AFTER THIS PAYMENT

BUT SINCE TO DAY WE ARE RECIEVING TOO MUCH CALL FROM UR EXECUTIVES AND BEHAVIER DIRTY LANGUAGE, SO WE ARE REQUSTYED TO YOU PLEASE SOLVE OUR PROBLEMS

ICICI — ICICI Calls me to pay bill for card i dont have

i keep getting calls from icici bank for card i dont have and despite of explaining they keep calling and each time a different ammount is specified. once they say i owe them 5000 once 2000 i keep explaining them and ask them for more details all they tell are they are collection agency and that i am defaulted so they are calling they dont have any details they call holidays working days almost every week someone pls help i called icici bank taked to everyone i possilby can still no effect. oh and they say i took the card in 2000 this is 2009 if i took in 2000 why dint they call me till now and why are they doing so now someone pls help.

This is happening to me too I have called to ICICI they say its not their department why is ICICI harressing me this way i never even had any account card or anything associated with ICICI. they say I have pending bill resulting unpaid annual subscription. i never had a card or any subscription of any sort with ICICI

ICICI — Harassing calls

I have been rceiving missed calls from the following numbers continously.

The numbers are[protected], 40171300.

This started few days back & once i tried to speak to the person & he said that he was from ICICI bank.

I had warned him not to call me again. But after few months, i have started getting missed calls again.

If i call back on this number, only an answering machine replies to it.

I have seen some of the complaints submitted here against the same number.

ICICI Bank — Harassing calls

My name is Amit . I have a ICICI bank gold credit card. I have paid all my dues before time. According to my record i have paid all my dues. Even after complaining to them many times they are not willing to verify it. instead they are harassing to take legal action against me. the amount due according to them is Around Rs 6000/-.
please help.

Today just now I received call from [protected]. Contacted person told you have 7000 point on your credit card why you are not redeem it, I shocked and asked him how to redeem it. he asked my card From validate date and End Valid date, i notice that he is a fraud . i checked with him how I believe you are calling from ICICI bank, he told this is your first 4 numbers of you CC. and he asked my date of birth also. I’m not provide anything to him and cut the phone. after that I checked with customer care they told that is false call.

Please careful.

i got fake call, i loose 8000 rupees with in one hour. that [censored] call number is [protected]. please investigate on this number.
