Relieving Letter
Hello Sir,

I have worked in ICICI bank from Feb '03 till May '06.

I was on medical leave from Feb '06 till May '06. I've to office and submitted my resignation letter the manager has not accepted the letter stating that my name is already removed from the system. I asked for the relieving letter they said it will come to my residence. i never got my relieving letter till date. I contacted the HR but the HR is saying that backdated resignation letter will not be accepted hence you will not get the reliving letter. pl help

I am currently working with ICICI bank sec 18, Noida branch as sales officer since 1st Oct 2012. I am still in the probation period. I want to clarify few points.
1.) If I resign on 1st September 2013 and wish to get the relieving early, then after paying the due amount the experience letter that I will get will include the period of those 45 days or will it show the period of tenure of service till 1st September only.

2.) If I serve the full notice period then without informing me can the bank terminate me in the middle of that period.What will be the procedure in that case to get the relieving and experience letter, and what tenure will be mentioned in that case.

3.) What is the procedure to file a complaint against mental harassment by the superior boss.

Dear Icici team,

I was resign from my job on 26 june 2014, and my resignation was already approved by my reporting authority on same day, but still Regional Head not relieving me from my job as I want to leave before the notice period. I give lots of emails and phone call to the concern as well as ER manager but they all are not able to give right information to me.

I already get all the clearance from HR, but i don't know why they not give me relieving letter.

Please suggest me, should I go for legal process about the same.

I have worked in ICICI for 3.5 yrs. My last working day was 24/08/2014, but I have still not received my relieving letter. My supervisor is not approving my final sign off and charge taking certificate. Hence, my clearance is pending.

I am contemplating a legal proceeding against that supervisor.

I have been resigned from the organization on 23 May 2014 .My last working day was 20 Aug 2014. I was totally unhappy with appraisal system which is running on in sagar cluster (MP).I had done very good in business as well as operations but i rated 3 by my cluster branch manager Sunil Garg(123205) .when i asked to my CBM about rating, he said you have done well in business as well as life insurance but same you did not updated in the system.I know few people they have updated in the system even though they don't have good rating. Due to rating i had resigned thrice but they don't accept or re leaving.As per system if i don't request for revoke in written, they have to accept my resignation .This time my resignation has been approve by HR which i have system generated mail. When i contacted to ER manager Dhiraj Reddy on[protected] about re leaving ;letter, he said your re leaving is on hold .You need to contact RH Manish Mohan Mathur (121219)Jabalpur (MP).When i visited Jabalpur Branch, Forcely Manish Mohan Mathur had given me termination letter. I got a call on 22 Aug 2014 from Satya jagnnathan(MUMBAI) about 12-13 gold loan forms found in SHG department during investigation by Akshay Yadav and Kaushik Dutta in your Laptop bag. Note:- Investigation was running on due to fake gold loan cases disbursed in chhatarpur Branch 0426 (MP).At that time BM was Brijendra Singh (147721) and DBM was Bishnu Mohan Maharana(252467 left the system on 28 may 2014). My Point:- I was good in sales as well as operations. i have won 3 laptop bags in life insurance contest.One of our sales officer Sandeep Shukla (These day he is in Jail) has requested for one laptop bags.So i have given one laptop bag to sales officer Sandeep Shukla.Akshya Yadav found 12-13 gold loan forms in SHG room(which is not in my custody) in same laptop bag which i had given to Sales officer Sandeep Shukla. Gold loan form filling and dispatched related responsibility has been assigned to our ex DBM after DBM it has been carry forwarded to CSM Saurabh Rai (295228). Note:- I never ever filled, dispatched and kept gold loan forms. EX DBM :- BISHNU MOHAN MAHARANA EMP 252467 CSM:- SOURABH RAI EMP 295228 JO :- SANDEEP SHUKLA ALL THREE WERE ROOM PARTNER.They live together. Where is my mistake, if i give laptop bag to any employee for help him out, after that whatever he keeping inside the laptop bag, This is non of my business. But Satya Jagannathan(MUMBAI) said in concall there is no mean to talk with Kundan Kumar Jaiswal . Whatever my responsibility i have given to Kaushik Dutta in written. Will every worst thing happen with me like:- *Bad rating. *Branch manager (Brijendra Singh)ran over me and dragged me with anger from my counter to outside. I am deeply hurt by this activity. He had jumped out on the service desk and entered to my counter, then he abused with bad words to me in the month of April 2014. *Termination
My concern is related to re leaving letter, if Sourabh Rai, Varun Sahu, one more employee have same responsibility which was assigned by our reporting authority then only i got a termination letter why they dont have the same .i already serve my notice period of 90 days .i want solution how can i get a re leaving letter .if there will be need to go to labour court then i will go because i know that i am innocent. and just because of my unemployment my mother is suffering from attack .please solve my problem asap

why u have open services like consumer complaints if you don't have guts to reply on my mail or issue .i want reply ...already u taken 2 months still you don't replayed.

what kind of consumer complaint you have opened .Not a single reply you have given in two months.
