[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — Worst customer care service

I applied for an ICICI coral credit card. I was told by the ICICI agent that the organisation in which i'm working is listed so i'll have to pay Rs. 500 as joining fee only instead of Rs. 1000 as they have this promotional offer for some organisations. So, I applied for it. Now, i got my first e-statement showing the joining fees as Rs. 1,123.60. I tried to contact the person who first contacted me for the card, but his phone number is not in service. Then I called Customer care. The phone banking officer told me that he has lodged the complaint and i'll get a call back on my phone. But I didn't receive any call from their side. Now, i got a message from ICICI bank that "Your SR[protected] request for cancellation of credit card is registered on 15/07/2013. It will be processed in 10 days." I tried to contact customer service again but no body picks the call at 7:30 pm at their "24-hr customer service number". I don't know what is going on. But I'm frustrated by such irresponsible behavior of ICICI customer care and their credit card department.

ICICI Bank — Customer care service is worst

hello friends,

once i lost my debit card so for new request i called customer care and requested for new debit card, this all process takes 10-15 days from day we request for debit card.
also i requested them to send my card on my nearest branch Kalyani Nagar, pune instead of by courier service.
so finally after 10 days i went that to collect card in branch before got confirmed by customer care that my new card is sent to brance.but banker says that it still to come to our branch..
all this things took around 2 months and longer ..customer care used to say we sent wait for some days and banker anwers that we dont yet recieved.

finally i cancled again that processed card and again made new request.
10 days work took 2 months... by their service...

my account transfer delaiy. I sell my some produce and my customer balance money came from FRANCE 2000 [EURO]. I submit remedence letter more than 48 hours but steel money does't come to my account. My account in udaipur madhuban branch, rajsthan.

ICICI — worst service

On 13/02/12 i visited ICICI bank MIDC Andheri branch ,Maharashtra to transfer 8K amount to some ones account i took the token and filled the form which took me 30 secs and i just waited 45 min for my turn to come after 45 mins the security of the ICICI Bank came and told your number might be gone you have not watched which is quite impossible, then i went to one of the counter to ask them when i told them my number is not yet displayed he said thts not our problem go and get another token again , they don't know behavior how to talk to customer ,bank has 10 counters but only 2 counters are working . The bank don't have any representative to help the security itself is doing all the work .....today i came to know why there is more bank robbery in indian banks specially ICICI bank . Please do take care of the service you provide to customer .........
