[Resolved]  ICICI Credit Card Statement — not receiving statement

I am vijay kumar singh holding icici credit card but I have not received credit card statement vide credit card no..[protected] upto now. only final amount I am getting through SMS alert, And in between My primary card damaged again I requested for new thats no [protected], bill alert coming from old no, I paid the amount for new no. can you sent me detail in this mail Id .

It seems that I have not received credit card statements for the period 14.04.08 to 06.07.08 and16.01.09 to 22.03.09. My credit card number [protected] and add on card ( for wife) is [protected].I would be grateful if you can send the statements at the earliest and oblize.Please note that my IT

ICICI Credit Card — Statement received for a Credit Card which was never received by me

Hi,

I had an ICICI credit Card ending with 5001. I made a change of address in the month of Dec/Jan. In the next month i got two statements one which ends with 5001(mine) and the other is 5000 which was never recieved by me. I called up the customer care and informed about this. They said they will investigate this and will let me know. Later i got a call saying i am liable to make the payment. I asked them to produce the investigation report to me so that i can clarify the concerns, but they never did that.

Questions
1.I have not received the card at all. How can the bank make me liable for payment?
2.To whom the statements of the card 4477xxxxxxxx5000 were sent before December 2008.
3.On what basis the card 4477xxxxxxxx5000 address was mapped to my address as I didn’t request for change of address of this card as I don’t hold it.
4. The application for the credit card has a photograph attached, did the Bank verified both the applications 5000 and 5001 to make sure whether the persons are the same.
5.Did the bank verify the address which was before December 2008, whether the person is available or not?
6.It was said that there were payments for 5000 card before December. Why the bank was not able to trace the payments made?
7.Transactions do have Air deccan and Indian railway tickets booked which definitely has the person details. Why the bank was not able trace them.

Please help me how to handle this and let me know what documents are required to file a case in the consumer court.

I have not received any monthly credit card statement by post. earlier I have lodge a complaint regarding this to your customer care and they have assured that statement to be send through my mail address i.e. "p.[protected]@yahoo.co.in" but you have sent statement to me on this address "p.[protected]@yahoo.co.in" which is not my correct email address, which I knew by SMS, that's why I am not received till date any statement.
Please correct my email address and send all statements to my correct email address and confirm through SMS on my mobile.

Dear sir,

I M V sarma, has paid the property tax for Rs. 2415 to GHMC, Hyderabad through credit card. I donot remember the date and month but before July 2009.

Hence, i request you to send my statement for 6 months to my current mail ID sar [protected]@gmail.com. My earlier maid ID is not functioning.

I have already given payment of my credit card for the period of 17.4.2009 to 18.5.2009 on the basis of SMS message. Till now I have not received copy of bill for the particular period. Please send me bill for the same as I require bill for my iicome tax return purpose .

I have not received credit card statement for the month of April 2014

Till a few months back I was able to view my credit card e-statement on line using 16 digit card number combined with certain other information. It was useful to know that whether I have received a few of my IRCTC payments back on account of cancellation of my train tickets for other important purposes. But this facility seems to have been withdrawn without reason. I am desperate to know that whether I have received an air ticket cancellation back to my A/c by now or not so that I can take steps in time to get the issue resolved. Because of this facility I always preferred this card over others. Please let me know the other methods to know the outstanding any time in between yet before the date of generation of Statement.
