[Resolved]  ICICI Customer Care — Misbehaviour

Hi,

I m Lakhwinder Singh, using your 3rd class Gold Card (card no. [protected]) since one year. I always use it for around more than 3500 rs. This time i purchased 5 movie tickets according to your offer that buy 2 ticket get one free. bur i have been charged for the all the tickets. i purchased 5 tickets. and accroding to that I will have one ticket free. but i did nt receive any discount for that. Moreover that i made call on your pathetic helpline no. which a really a pathetic service provider. Specially your Relation Manager, even he does not know the way of talking. he was keep inturupting me in all the conversation. I also want to register complaint aginst your well educated customer care executive Pallavi and Shivangi. Pallavi made me a promise that she will arange a call back for me on the same issue but i did not receive any. then after 3 days today i again called your pathetic helpline no. then again miss shivangi was online who put me on hold without taking my confirmation for long 20 minutes in the whole conversation then she transfered my call to your reputed well educated Relation Manager Ashwani whe beleives that ICICI company belongs to himself. Now please disconnect my card. i Dont not need your card. Its a pathetic service i have ever been served of. more over that he disconnected my call. which is against the call center rules i suppose. I need a call on no. on urgent basis otherwise i will not pay even a single penny out of my outstanding bill 5279.39 rs. and more over i want discount for 600 rs now. for mentally harasment and my loss for 2 free tickets. thats it. my contact no. is [protected] and [protected]. thanks for your kind services.

Dear Sir,

I m Sunil Karir, working in mnc co., having salary as well as Credit card of ICICI . Few days back opened a womens saving account in the name of my wife Mrs. Ritu Karir, having a/c no.[protected] .

On this day, i called customer care no regarding generation of ATM PIN No. While discussion, an executive officer from Mumbai office said, why don't you have FD of huge amount lying in your wife's account . Finally i said, to depute a mktg. gue to my home to have discussion on this issue and take decision accordingly .

Today evening, i got six SMS on my cell Mo. [protected], showing that entire amount ( Rs.2.5 Lacs.) have been debited and converted into FD, for w.hich as on date approval has not been given by me

Kindly look into the matter and reverse the entire amount to my Wife's account no.[protected] by 16.5.2011 positively.

I took one personalloan from ICICI.
It is already 4 months .
1. But till now i did not got any Loan account number or details . everymonth emi gets deducted from my acc.
I call that marketing guy whom got this loan done. he works in ICICI Personal loan . His name is Nagraj P. His mail id is "nagaraj.[protected]@icicibank.com"
He does not tell abt my acc number.
2. Initially before giving loan he told tht i ll get at 14% as I am working in ABB. but while approving he put loan at 16.2 % and 2000 processing fee. He states the ABB GISL is not listed in ICICI for getting special discount . Even though it is aprt of ABB only .
Even though all my documents was proper
he made me to wait for 20-30 days without any reason.
I hav called Nanda kumar also and mailed also regarding HIs ICICI Mail Id is "nandakumar.[protected]@icicibank.com"
I need my account number and an official mail stating tht ABB does not have special discount.

Hello Sir

I took a personal loan from ICIC Banglore Branch.

1. Till now i cud nt get my account details . I have called these 2 person .
Nagraj P " nagaraj.[protected]@icicibank.com"
and NandKumar " nandakumar.[protected]@icicibank.com"
Both are working ICICI banglore personal loan branch on Hossure road.

I asked my account number so mnay times but thse 2 are not at all responding to me.
2.
When i took loan they prposed to me tht as ABB is a brand customer for ICICI so offered me a loan interest at 14 % and pross fee as 0.5 %.
But while approving the loan they hav put 16.2 % and 2000 as processing fee.
I asked them to give me in written so tht i can take further but these 2 did not respond to my mail.

i got the mail from your side, regarding this i could not open my Estatment, because its asking me a password to open it, i don't know the password exactly, i tried the pass word as (XXXXXXXXEs) this is my a/c no last two digits are my subject line of this mail. this is the way the mail saying to view the statement (Please enter 12-digits of the account number (whose last 2 digits are indicated in the subject line of this e-mail) mentioned as password, to view your statement).. i have tried to more than 10 minutes. it cannot be open. please send me a reply how to open this statement.

I am from Trichy and im 76 years old and I used to take rest in the afternoons. I received a call from a Customer care (a lady) that day. I dont blame receiving calls in the afternoons, I just thaught it was disturbing, so I hung up the call. The lady called me once again and scolded me so terribly with unappropriate words. She blackmailed me she will remove my number as she also belongs to BSNL, that was really a prank. She called me 4 times after that. I can't believe that it is a CUSTOMER CARE FROM SUCH A BIG COMPANY ICICI.
The following are the numbers that I received

It has really disappointed me. Afterall they need the customer's involvement and appreciation for them and they treat us like this. This is too unethical.

ICICI Bank — Money deduction from bànk ac.

I was open zerobalance woman ac .But bank was charge low balance charge nearabout 1500/-rs . So please help me in it & reverse me all my mony wich was duducted from my ac. Ac no[protected] Parwati b mehta

gift card is inactive SR355578751

i have ordered a gift card (SR[protected], the recipient is unable to use the card as the card is in inactive state. What we need to do from our end? Why it is inactive?

My Credit Card Velidity

My Credit card Expiare is 06 / 2012, but i am request to your validity is Extaine .

Not giving Credit card after taking Documents

ICICI Took photo and documents but not providing credit card. Also not giving a proper reason why they declined. They are not ready to return the documents.
