[Resolved]  ICICI Home Finance — Refund of excess amount paid while closing Home Loan

Hi,

My name is Anil Kumar.Bandi

I had have home loan with ICICI Bank with Loan Account No. NHHYD[protected].

I closed this loan on February 6th 2009 by paying entire outstanding loan amount, and while paying i gave the cheque with some excess amount (Rs. 1312.74) and and got the confirmation from bank employee this amount will be credited back to my savings account with in 2 weeks, but till today this is not happened.. and i walked to ICICI Kukat pally, Hyderabad branch many times but did get the amount credited back to my account. everytime they are asking for 2 weeks time now its already 6 months over..

Please help me to get this amount back.

The closure statement which i got on Feb 6th 2009 show sthe out standing amount as Rs. 8, 25, 897.26 and i gave the cheque with the amount Rs . 8, 27, 210.00.

I have all the required documents with me like closure statement, receipts, and photostat of the cheque i gave, pls let me know if any thing required for further action

Please help me to get the excess amount back which i paid to ICICI bank.
