fraud, unwillingly offered policy, need refund Sir, My policy nos. is 4034i/CHC/04561184/00/000, 4034i/CHC/04561183/00/000, 4034i/CHC/04561182/00/000, 4034i/CHC/04561181/00/000, 4034i/CHC/04561180/00/000 i was allotted the policy based on verbal proposal from icici lombard health insurance on 25 march 2009. No one approched for signature & confirmation. They started the procedure and debited Rs.29000/- from my icici bank credit card. even they had all the details of my credit card, i didn't reveal anything. Now, i have to pay Rs.1500/- every month till 2011(2yrs monthly installment). I want whole money returned and discontinue the policy. It is an act of fraud by "ICICI". Sir, i was allotted the policy based on verbal proposal from icici lombard health insurance . No one approched for signature & confirmation.
I even donot know the policy no and most important thing is i have not received the credit card i received a sms stating that my credit card has been returned back to icici . Now i am getting a sms that i have to pay 18000/ against the credit card due .used for icici lombard health insurance .
