[Resolved]  Icici Lombard — ICICI Lombard holds money for a cancelled policy

hi mera naam satish kumar hai mene icici lombard ki helth policy le thi jiska number4034/fpa/01515915/00/000 thaa period of insurance 06-nov-2006 midnight of 05-nov-2007 tak tha jisko mene 25/05/07 ko cancellition ke liye request diya thaa aur 29/05/07 ko ye policy cancelled ho gai thi uske baad mene refund ke liye request di thi jiska request no.[protected] hai mere refund aaj tak mujhe nahi mila hai customer support mai phone karte hai to vo kahte hai refund aapke credit caerd per chala gaya hai meri credit card ki statement main paisa aaj tak nahi aya hai mera credit card city bank jiska no.[protected] hai aur sari payment bhi esi credit

mera nam nitin ambokar hai maine koi police issue ki nahi hai mere cedit card mai se kisi ne ye online polciy nikali hai meine turant aapke custmor service se bat karke stop karne ke liye kaha hai mera requst no diya hai date 29/05/09 amt. 4570/- req. no[protected], date 28/05/09 amt. 6250/- req. no. 27050968 to aap jaldise ye stop karke mere credit card me amt. trransfer kiji ye .

Pls i have taken helth policy from ICICI LOMBARD# 4018/ibank-108524/00/000 in jan but havn't receive any doc in this regards then i have taken some other plan but after 6 month in june i have receive doc of the same which is so surprising...& when i discuss the same with the costomer care people they said it is nit our falt can anybody explain who's falt in this regards & now i want to cancell thei policy they are asking 75% deduction on the same whic is again not acceptable...& is it my fault …. ICICI Lombard hasn’t sent me the doc????Than why I m the suffering as in this case ICICI Lombard is the culprits...this is totally wrong attitude of the ICICI Lombard...

I will write this in to public issue...or will prepare for the worst...

But 1 thing I would like to clear that i will not bear any charges against this...

Do hope some positive response in this matter...

As i don't have funds to pay my credit card EMI...which is not more then my pocket...

Total dues with all charges are near about 3600 which I can't pay.

My complaint no. is 'ICICILom=[protected]' ICICI Lombard. After eight month they have not solved my complaint. They deducted Rs. 4500 from my credit card account and they donot have any policy record and policy number. I deducted this amount without my permission.

To return this amount, now they demanding policy cancellation letter. They offer policy on phone and without any document and to return the amount they demanding cancellation letter.

I request all the people, take care on telephone of ICICI BANK. They are dirty people. They are cheater. They collect money by misguiding people. They are blood drinker of poor people. They deducted Rs. 4500/- from my acount and now they are not answering me from 8 month.

I am planning to go to concumer court and i will write a letter to RTI higher authority also.

Please take care of ICICI Brand name (Most cheater)
