[Resolved]  ICICI Lombard Health Care — Health Insurance

Dear Sir/ Madam,

Following are the sequence of events in regards to my complain against ICICI Lombard Health Care.
1. On 7th August 2011 I have been admitted To Sane Nursing Home after complaining of chest pain.
Doctor inform that I had a massive cardiac arrest and started treatment. And after treatment I have been
discharged on 12th August and after follow up check Dr. Sane send to Hiranandani Hospital for Angiography.
I admitted on 26th August for Angiography but later Dr. Rahul Gupta fond three deadly blockage and did angioplasty and put three stent. Total cost is Rs.444418.00. Out of total amount Rs. 200000 cash less was settled by my company Insurance New India assurances company LTD (TPA E-Meditek).
I have a personal Insurance with ICICI Lombard Health care. So I put a claim for rest amount of Rs,244418.00 to ICICI Lombard Health care. They send some query about documents and after sending also they are not ready give me the claim amount because of documents are not proper. Problem is that Icici Lombard all offices in mumbai only claim department is in Hyderabad, So Its very difficult to communicate with them if there are any confusion. So I have frustrated with service they have provided me so far and I have taken loan from some where which I am paying Interest every month. I am very upset about this and because of that I may be admit once again.
