health insurance — Mediclaim
I am working in hospital we have taken a policy for our employees from one of the nationalized insurance company, the period is from april 09 to march 10 and we paid sum premium now their are telling that they going to withdraw the policy why means your claim is crossing behind the premium amount.My questing is whether any provision in Insurance rules and regulation and also the period is when not completed.
pls suggest me and which class or section they can cancell.
