[Resolved] ICICI Prudential — wrong commitment | |
I have apply for icici's new launched plan named 'LIFE ASSURE' . The Regional Mnager of Company has done wrong commitment with me at the time of investment and then after investment when after investmetn procedure completed he do not responde me.so please help me. Was this information helpful? | |

My name is Manesh R Patel, i have taken ICICI Prudancial policy before six months.
As per your pune office phone, it was yearly premium, same i have taken policy for yearly premium from your Ahmedabad person Mr. Gunjan (Cell no. [protected])
I have already discussed with your Delhi branch person Mr. Piyush (Cell No. [protected])
I have so many times called to Mr. Gunjan (Ahmedabad office person) & he has cometted it is yearly premium not the six monthly.
Now i have got SMS for due premium Rs. 30, 000 is 22nd Feb'2010, six monthly.
Again i have called Mr. Gunjan (Ahmedabad), but now he is not lifting my mobile & not responding any think, hence please cancelle my policy & give my my Rs. 30, 000.
I don't want continue with ICICI Prudencial, due to your persons are chitting with the Customer.
Please give me your responce a.s.a.p.
