Dear Sir,

My name is Mohammad Rizwan and my Policy no. 09834548, last year in Aug.2008 i deposit 1st primium 15000 after 6 months i went saudi arab. Now sir i forget date what date my 2nd preimum so i wnat that pls tell me date and how much money in policy i want know that in my money grwth or less pls help me. This time i have only policy no. I am giving below some details. pls help me

Sir,
I have Submitted These Two Policy Bonds along with Surrender Application to ICICI Pru. Bareilly Office by Courier .These Documents Received by ICICI Pru. Office by Mr. Hartoj Singh Bhasin (Customer care Officer) on 29th Aug.2009.But Now so many days have been passed but there is no any response from their side.
The bareilly branch are not giving proper information about my surrender value.
Plz look this issue.

Hi,

I am holding a health insurance policy for last 2 years. I have been logging into the website of icici prudential to get the reciepts and to check other details. For last some days, it is showing that my account has been locked.
And for so many times I am trying to unlock it, butthe option is not working.

I tried calling to the customer care but of no use. Plz look into this

I HAD PURCHASED ICICI PRUDENTILA LIC Policy : LIFE GUARD
POLICY NO.03774099, Yearly Investment:- Rs.6165/- for 20 years at the Time of purchase Bank Executive(Agent) told me this is an flexible investment plan and u can withdraw your policy after 3 years and your whole money (total money) will return to u without Interest, so I want to withdraw my policy I have given three full installments (approximately Rs.18495/-). But now your Bank told me we will pay you only (approx.Rs.[protected] after deviding your total tenur... but i'll paid Rs.18495 its huge amount please help me and tell me the best way to withdraw from policy. Because i'm in financial crisies.

I am running a health insurance policy no 09739206 in the name of Mrs Sunita Rani.I have applied for a medical claim for my operation of Brain Tumer ( Gamma Knief surgery ) . I have been applied for the claim in the month of september .

All the requiered formalities have been complited by me on time and submitted in Hissar prudential office . But till date I have not received any reply from the company, only problems is received .

Request you to please resolve the issue as the earliest other wise i have to proceed for legal proceeding.

Pl. refer to ICICI Pru Policy No.13365849 effective 31st Jan. 2010, yrly premium Rs.50, 000 (Rupees fifty thousand only). In spite of several reminders to your Hyderabad representatives, Mr.Kishore (Mobile: [protected]), Mr.Sudhir ([protected]), my plicy document hasn't been sent to me. Sure, something'll be done IMMEDIATELY in the matter.
Further, a copy of one of the medical reports, TMT done @ Elbit Labs, collected by Mr.Kishore & forwarded to your Mumbai Office, remains to be sent to me despite my payment of Rs.100/- for the purpose and an application in this regard long back. Mr.Kishore collected the appln. & the amount. (Of course, my request for the Health policy wasn't considered favourably by ICICI Pru) Pl. therefore arrange for initiating action without further delay, as I need the TMT report for consulting a specialist.

I too have problem with ICICI prudential... I have got call from Dinesh health card(+[protected] and told me to pay around 13000 INR... i will get benefit of health cover of 600000 and this will cover total 5 years and I no need to renew... and also, he confirmed I can get 80D tax benifit for full amout. but, in reality this is totally different only 2500 INR eligible for 80D tax benifit and also I come to know every year I have to pay money to retain this policy... totally ICICI prudential is latest way of cheating people... please wake up and don't believe these kind of people...

I have not received the renewal premium receipt till today , I called to Customer care No.[protected] a month back, a lady talked to me generously, I gave her my email Id ,sothat I can receive the receipt fast to submit it for Income tax Calculation.Second time called the same number and received the answer that I will get receipt in weeks time.which I have not received till toaday as a month is over.

Worst is i have to call it every year for the receipt , the only receipt i received without followup is the first receipt with policy documents.The same i have mentioned so nmany times to the customer care executives.

With reference to my earlier letter dated 23.06.09 & 15.09.09 to ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Co., Naranpura Branch, Ahmedabad regarding non credit of my premium. I have to inform you that I have submitted a cheque and notice for premium receiving from you. In hurry I have wrongly mentioned Policy No. 07388628 instead of 07388626 and I had also written my name Bhikhabhai K. Patil on the backside of cheque No. of 947952 Dated 10.01.2009 of Bank of Baroda, Kaligam branch is already debited from my account for Rs. 20,000/- on 20.01.2009 and photocopy of passbook was already submitted.

I was given assurance that your account of policy will be credited soon and premium receipt will be issued. But till date I have not received any receipt of the above.

Therefore, please rectify the error and arrange to issuance of receipt for premium and also I like to inform you that, please take necessary action for the same and do the needful.

I have lost complete faith in ICICI prudential.my policy applied on feb-2008..your agent told me that my policy is single premium and its locking period only 3 yrs, but it was logged as regular kind premium which i was totally not aware, because during that time i was working in kerala and my policy send it my chennai residence address.

Last one month i am trying to withdraw my investment amount its not at all possible to all icici pru team just like that diverting to one to other person.

The amount which i invested its 50k which is not a small amount, and its my hard earn money. YOUR TEAM MISUSED OF MY POLICY FOR THAT I DON'T WANT TO LOST JUST LIKE THAT MY HARD EARN MONEY. SO PLS CONSIDERING MY REQUIREMENT AND REQUEST TO RETURN MY INVESTMENT AMOUNT ON PRIORITY.

I have paid Rs. 700/- Per Month against ICICI prudential Life Insurance Policy No:05011157 in the name of My son Bhupesh Sharma U/G Beena Sharma H-3/64, DDA flat Sector-16, Rohini, Delhi 89, through ECS. I had deposited premium within 36 month i.e lock period of policy. After 36 month y can surrender policy. I am poor lady. My position is hand to mouth. I think my saving will help to improve my son's higher education. But sorry to inform you I had deposited within 36 month Rs. 25200/- regular without any interwal.
The decoit company of Icici prudential company return Rs 11623.98 . I was very surprised to receive my cheque. I had lost 20, 000/- bethe bithae 3 sal me .

I contected to agent (Mr. Akhilesh Kr Jha) he said to me : ICICI PRUDENTIAL KA KOI BHI AAYE MUJHE BATANA "SAALE KA ME SIR FODUGA".

I am in receipt of your communication dated 15/1/2012 regarding my ICICI Pru Life Policy Nos. 04503134 LTSP and 04408579 LTPS for an annual premium of Rs.100000/- and Rs.12000/- respectively. In this connection, I would like to inform you that my Premium cheques for renewal and
reinstatement of these two Policies with accrued benefits sent through Mr. Rajesh Vayalil, Executive Masnager of ICICI Kannur Branch were not accepted and also my request for renewal was not acceeded to. Therefore, I have filed an Application before the Hon'ble Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Kannur for redressal of my grievances.
A few days back, I had a call from ICICI Office at Mumbai Office asking me whether I am interested to continue these policies. I could not give
an answer on the spot without consulting my Lawyer. I have consulted him now. If my Policies are reinstated and restored with accrued benefits
I am ready to pay Premiums and continue the Policies and withdraw my case.
