I was misled into buying a term insurance of higher premiums in the icici bank website.

And in the lieu of cancelling it the policy bazaar folks made me pay for another policy

Now I am stuck with two incorrect policy not of my choice . I wanted these proposal policies cancelled as soon as possible and amount refunded.

The customer support is acting most vague as possible. They say they are not able to locate the proposal application and are instead replying only about my active issues policy.

I have tried multiple email and phone. Looks like they would be worst people to buy term policy from. If they are this difficult to me I am worried how difficult they would be to the folks who would need the policy.

I resigned from my ICICI Prudential Life Insurance agency in 24/09/2018 and same has been updated in IRDA PAN LOOK-UP Portal, but till date i have not received the Cessation Certificate from the company. Please find the PAN LOOK-UP Portal Screenshot attached.

I have made multiple attempts in personal visits to ICICI PRU LIFE INSURANCE Branch manager pursuing this matter and requesting for issuance of Cessation Certificate but till date no response. This is effecting my career negatively and loosing opportunities.

Request concer authorities to email me the copy of Cessation Certificate at the earliest.

Icici pru life employees mislead the customers. We purchased insurance plan in May 2023 and at the time of taking policy Ipru employee and the ICICI branch Manager, Pune was stating that they will help at any time, they will regulary check market, policy and update us on giving advise to switch fund. But this has not happed.
We checked our policy and within 2 months we lost 20k and asked the Ipru employee to suggest and switch the fund then she did not reply for a week. (This is her habit of not replying for atleast 4-5 days). We live in USA so we have only medium to communicate is Whatsapp.

After that I complaint about her repetative behaviour 2-3 times to Icici Branch manager, Pune and then he shared me ICICI pru manager, Pune contact details. After all this to and fro when I received a reply from her she was asking to share OTP to switch the fund and thankfully we did not receive at that time but later. When we were not receiving OTP we reached to ICICI pru manager he told us that we can not switch your fund and we do not ask for OTP and blaming us for this situation which we were not told by any employee.

Now, when it is fault of ICICI pru employee that knowing this fact she asked us for OTP (I have all the proofs and screenshots), ICICI pru employee and ICICI Branch Manager, Pune were blaming us for this and covering up their emplyees falult which was a fraud basically. And also to the extent ICICI Branch Manager, Pune asked us thrice to close the policy as they do not want to answer us.

Our issue has not resolved yet and no new RM assigned to us since 5 days. Icici Pru manager is showing us attitude while giving the replies as well.

I want to disclose the names of all these three people and I will if i do not hear on my query within 24 hours. I want ICICI to take necessary actions against ICICI pru employee and ICICI Branch manager, Pune.

WORST, CHEATING, LYING, GREEDY, FAKE, FRAUD, DISGUSTING AND SHAMELESS from iciprudential agent named subham patil, prabhadevi branch.

The same FALSE, LYING and FOOLING ASSURANCE by iciprudential agent named subham patil like geeta kokje, khopoli branch for a handful of commission. Two months back I went to iciprudential prabhadevi branch to surrender my policy there I met this UNCONVINCING AND LYING subham patil, he gave me his visiting card (card attached) for the help in future and tried to convince me instead of surrendering the policy he told me to apply for a loan on my policy but I was not mad to pay the heavy interest on my own money how FOOLING, LYING and CHEATING from this so-called FOOLING, LYING and GREEDY agent. But I denied of doing or investing and that was my right step and decision rather listening to the agent.

But later I promised them that after two months I may plan for investing and for that particular reason last week on Thursday the 6th or Friday the 7th I called this agent subham patil for the help, my number new to him he answered my call and assured me of helping but after four days later on Tuesday the 11th I called him again I was very confident and sure that this LYING agent will never answer my call and he proved me right for not answering and after 20 mins. later I called again but all in vain but that too he didn't answered. This was VERY VERY DISGUSTING AND SHAMELESS from iciprudential agents for not keeping their word if he didn't want to answer or help me a plain 'NO' would had ended the matter once and for all . And why this FALSE, LYING and FOOLING assurance of helping in future by your agent subham patil same like the CHEATER, GREEDY, FAKE and FRAUD lady agent geeta kokje from khopoli branch just for a handful of commission.

This people or so-called policy agent never ever keep their assurance or word but for a handful of commission try to FOOL, MISGUIDE AND MISLEAD to any of your FAKE and FRAUD iciprudential policies. On the customer's face they are so polite and lenient but when the customer's back is turned than they are something else or least bothered to the customer's problem. Many a time I told or commented that the agent of yours doesn't respect from their heart only on the face and for the commission they show respect.

On 23rd January i have surrendered my code from ICICI PRUDENTIAL LIFE INSURANCE, but till now it's shows inforce on IRDAI portal.I have requested all my employer and seniors for removing this but no one helps me and there behaviours were also rude.

Me also got the same call today 08/05/2023 for the same policy number. ICICI Prudantioal life insureance company need to aware this incidents and take action against the culprits.

I have taken noc from. Icici prudential life insurance but my pan tagging is still not removed. Please remove my tagging for Pan no. BTTPG8512Q.

As an ex-employee, my company started this annuity for me (policy number: 108691). Now due to financial constraints, I would like to redeem the annuity amount. However, ICICI Prudential refuses to give back my hard earned money.
Please escalate this request to senior management, so I can withdraw the amount....

I was paying premium of my previous policy of rs.3000/- monthly with icici prudential. But staff shradha ([protected]) from pushp vihar branch told me to close & continue with same new signature policy with 1 time investment...
