[Resolved]  ICICI Prudential Life Insurance — About my agent code deactivation and remove my pan card from IRDA

Respected Sir/Ma'am,

My name is Chinmay Kumar Giri, from Odisha.Actually I visited many times to the nearest branch Janakpuri but they didn't respond about my concern.

Actually my concern is I already got the warning mail from my company for the agent code which I have from ICICI PRUDENTIAL LIFE INSURANCE.But I didn't do anything with that and also I don't know who is my manager.But they told me about Please contact your manager.Sir as I told earlier I am from Odisha and now I am doing my job at Delhi.So how can I visit to my home branch which I don't know also.I just attempted the exam from IRDA.

So I kindly request you to deactivate my agent code and delete my pancard from IRDA portal which I really need and important for my job, as I already get the warning mail from my current company.
