Dear sir, have paid the policy cotract No. 05146949 premium for the year 2008-09 on 17/03/2008 by cheque drawn on Oriental bank of Commerce, M, G Road Bangalore. it's almost 3 months now & have not received the receipt for the same till date (9/6/2008) Request you to kindly look forward on this matter and send the receipt as early as possible. i also hold policy of ICICI Prudential and they have generated a policyholder epin user id, through which i access my policy statement, premium receipts from icici prudential website - i guess website is prety desnt and user frndly - they also have chat option to raise questions.
I suggest you ask them to generate one for your policy. Earlier I used to call their call center requesting for a unit statement and the same was couriered to my communication address.Try one of these, m sure this will help you!
