[Resolved] ICICI Prudential — Premium not present for the year 2007 | |
Hi, I have ICICI pension policy, I pay annual premium of Rs 10, 000 . When I paid the same this year(2008) .I came to know that the policy is inactive and the reason given by ICICI is that they haven't received the 2007 premium . I tracked my payment from the counterfile of the cheque book and confirmed with the scanned copy of the cheque from the issuing bank .Apart from that, I got in writing from the issuing bank the details of the payee and the MICR code of the bank from where the cheque collected . All the above process took around 2 months . Now, the ICICI wants the hard copy of the bank statement with the transaction entry . I have given the hard copy to the nearest ICICI prudential branch . But in the bank statement, there is no entry of the payee, but only the cheque no and amount . Inspite of giving all these details, ICICI has not made any serious attempt from their side to track the payment and they repeatedly asking the bank statement . Please advice as how I handle this situtation or can which is the best forum to put up the case as I have fed up with ICICI service. Regards B.Ganesh Was this information helpful? | |
