[Resolved] ICICI Prudential — ICICI Pru made unauthorized ECS from my Account | |||
Dear Sir, My name is Sumedh Dange. My policy No.[protected]ICICI Pru Life Time Premier) My Annual Premium was amount Rs.18000/- Due to certain unavoidable circumstances I have decided to discontinue my Policy , so last month (11th Jan)I have visited ICICI Pru Office located at Chinchwad (Pune) and I have inform Executive that I want to discontinue my Policy because of some financial problem but ICICI Pru Executive said that I will get refund after 4 Yrs(i.e after maturity of Policy) and he also suggested me to convert Premium to monthly ECS (i.e Annual Premium to monthly ECS (i.e Rs.1500 PM ), and i was agreed with him. I have completed the procedure to convert Annual Premium to Monthly ESC. I have provided all required documents with undersigned form and One canceled cheque. Now the incident is, on 4th Feb I have received one message on my cell phone said my IDBI Acc. debited Rs.15000 Det:ECS-TP ICICI Pru., I don`t know why its deduct from my account even my monthly premium amount is Re.1500/- ICICI has never contacted me. How can they withdraw such huge amount without giving any notice. ECS permission given to them was only for 1500 monthly which is the premium amount. Icici Pru — not reachable
I have send a cover from dindigul to mumbai on 22/07/09 (pod no: DDG1859508). But till date not reach to address .kindely do the needful at the earlist.

Icici Pru — No Refund and no Response of Mails
Dear Sir,I have invested around 80,000/- in icici pru 3 diffrent policy in 2008 and i am not able to pay the premium due to job lose and want to forclose or surrender the all policy with immediate effect becouse when i purchased the same icici pru employee asked that “This is u-lip plan and you have to pay premium for minimum 3 years for full benefits if you surrender these policy within one to two years you will get only your invested amount after deducting administration charges” but now when i talk to customer care officer on phone he said you will get only 25% of your invested amount afer complition of three year of your policy due to non payment. But this is not right , this is breaking the faith , this is against the utmost good faith principal Request you to kindly solve my problem as soon as possibel and help me to get refund my hard earn money. I have also marked a mail to icici custmer care many time but no response and solution is provided to me.i am also ready to pay applicable adminstration charge for same.

ICICI Prudential — non refund of premium
I had paid a premium of Rs. 10000 approx to get insured by ICICI prudential but due to not conducting medical examinations The company cancelled my policy . when i went to the office of ICICI prudential at City Centre at durgapur they said that your refund cheque has not been received yet.after complaint i got response from bank that i would get my amount back soon but after that the management authorities are not bothering to refund my amount.
I dont have any option to get my money back except filing a petition in the court of the law.

Icici Pru — UnAuthorized ECS
My parents got 2 endowment policies from ICICI, they never gave the consent or signed anything that would authorize ICICI people to debit any amount from their bank accounts but this has been on for more than a couple of years. We have called them every time to warn them.The first time my parents weren't even aware that there was a deduction in their accounts, they sent cheques to pay for the premium and even then the person receiving it did not mention that there already has been a payment made via ECS, he simply took the chq and deposited it!!!
When i contacted the call center and confronted them with the question of whether they have a scanned copy of the signed agreement for an ECS from my parents, they confirmed with a 'NO' and said that they would stop that immediately but the subsequent years did not see that happen...
Even after repeated warnings the ECS still continues...
This shows immense lack of professionalism and honesty prevalent in a company of such repute.
It's time to take some serious action...!!!
