[Resolved]  ICICI Prudential Life Insurance — stop the ECS

i am nilmani sapkota policy no.02780703.i was take a package of icici prudential life insurance of 36 months. all the 36 month is complited in 3rd april, 2009
this month your company renew my policy again and took 5, 000 from my icici bank of a/c no.[protected]. now please stop my ECS.i hope looking to my matter nd do something as earlier as possiblee.

i have a i pru group term policy, i starts it 1 year ago.
i paid my all premium till last month. but i did not get any documents and policy number details. so i need to close it as soon as possible. linked icici account number is[protected]

today i got a message like your icici prudentia life insurance policy 00003082 is issued on 13-may-2018.without my confirmation how that account will activate. on 13th may 100 rs was debitted through this issue .iam geeting less salary .so
i want to deactivate icici prudential life insurance poliicy.please solve the issue .i called customer care also i didnt get relevant details .iam not happy with that plese solve my problem
