[Resolved]  ICICI Prudential Life Insurance — Cheating by ICICI to sell policy

I got an unsolicited call from someone posing to be an ICICI Prudential employee during the first week of July asking for problems if any exists with my Insurance policies, I wanted to avail a solution whereby all my existing policies are clubbed together which will help me in making unified payments as I am going to retire from my service in the year 2016, hence my call was diverted to Rajat Agarwal (Mo: [protected] “VODAFONE” and [protected] “Reliance CDMA”) and Rajiv Rai (Mo: [protected] “AIRCEL”) both of them convincing me one by one to make a payment of Rs. 75000/- half yearly till 2016. And at the end of 2016 I will receive Rs. 23 Lakhs by the year April’ 2017 which will help me for the above cause. They also assured me to provide the above information in writing with company authorization both through courier and through email but nothing was provided to me.
An Employee of ICICI Prudential, Raebareli came to my residence to fill up the form and as well as to collect the cheque on 08/07/2012. Accordingly a cheque was issued by me dated: 08/07/2012. A week later I received a courier on 20/07/2012 from ICICI Prudential where a new policy was fraudulently generated as “Guaranteed Savings Insurance Plan” Policy Number #16814529 Dated: 13/07/2012 for which annual premium of Rs. 75,000/- has to be paid by me for a period of 7 years and policy will mature only after 15 years i.e. in the year 2027. This is, not at all acceptable to me. The matter was discussed in detail with Rajeev Rai who told me to sent the photo copy of the above policy for cancellation purpose. Immediately I have send the photo copy of my policy to Rajiv Rai through First Flight Courier consignment no. MJ0333847 Dated: 21/07/2012 and the same was received by Noida Office (ICICI Prudential) on 24th July 2012. I did not ask for a new policy neither I have given a consent on this. I later checked from my login account that Advisor is “IIFL, New Delhi” and the above mobile numbers mentioned are from New Delhi area (They said they are based in Bangalore and Hyderabad and now I believe their identities are also false). I strongly condemn unauthorized individuals posing as official representatives of the Company or Regulator who are contacting customers to pitch new policies and doing fraudulent transactions against my will by creating new policy. Every time I call them to ask about the latest status, they say it will get done but no such action has taken place till date.
In the mean time I went to raebareli branch (ICICI Prudential) and met branch manager for cancellation of the policy on 27/07/2012 but I was told that due to internet (SERVER) problem upto 3rd August 2012 the policy cannot be cancelled by this office.
As I am writing this complaint, I understand that “ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company”is completely responsible for allowing IIFL to pitch new policies and this fraudulent transaction has taken place. My humble request to all future policy buyers not fall into the same trap and avoid purchasing it from ICICI.

ICICI Prudential - Insurance — Charges continously levied even after cancelling

Hello,

I had taken ICICI Prudential Insurance wherein they had deducted the amount from my credit card directly. When I cancelled it through mail( they had informed this as one of the way we can do), their was no proper response. The mail from them states that our executive will come back to you. But unfortunately none returned the call on this.

When ever i got the call it was only regarding the payment of bill. Now they have charged me around 18K, wherein I have not even used it once. No one from the customer care are bothered to hear to our problems.

Requesting you to kindly do the needfull.

ICICI prudential Anna nagar Branch- Chennai representative Pandiarajan has cheated me by providing false promises. I was asked to pay the premium amount RS50, 000 using my credit card with an EMI conversion for 9 months where I was promised of no service charges for EMI conversion. Pandiarajan assured that ICICI Prudential will take care of the Service charges Processing charges of EMI conversion which is around Rs.3, 800. But ICICI Credit card department has prepared the statement with all Service charges for the EMI conversion. I am following up continously with Pandiarajan and his Supervisor Priyanka till now, but no money has been given back from ICICI Prudential. I have wasted money with my phone bill again. I suggest that ICICI Prudential representatives should not be trusted for any reason. They will be the worst service provider.
