[Resolved] ICICI Prudential — Illegal withdrawal of money through ECS | |||
Dear Sir, My complaint is regarding ICICIprudential policy no 11625409.( Save n Protect) Firstly, ICICI did not sent me my policy document till date and hence I was forced to lapse the policy and moreover i was not intrested in the product. After 23 months of lapse period suddenly on 30th March 2011 they withdrew money from my bank through ECS without informing me even though the policy was lapsed. When contacted the customer care they said it was a technical problem and would refund my money within 6 working days. Now it has been more than 10 days and they have not yet refunded my money. iciciprudential — After paying money they are neglecting
One day I am received one call from ICICI Prudential call center i.e, for tax saving investing propose some good polices we have they told and they send one marking executive. Regularly he is meeting to me and explaining their products. After regular connection with me I am agree to pay two policies against my kids through credit card Rs.15000/-. The same amount debited in my accounts Rs.7, 500/- on 5th May 2008 and Rs.7, 500/- on 7th May 2008. After so much follow-up I am received only one policy ref. no.: 08968161. Even I am not received one more policy still today. Daily I am calling so many times the marketing executive and the same time Customer care of the ICICI Prudential. They are not responding properly.So in view of the above ICICI Prudential people are not interested to give good service after taking their products and also please justice in my request.
