policy renewed without my consent I am not interested in the policy 12046698 Please revoke the payment of Rs 6251 from my ICICI credit card ASAP otherwise I would approach consumer forum immediately This is the response from ICICI Pru, I need this policy to close and without me asking my permission, this money for the policy renewal has been debited from credit card, I have requested to refund the amount, so by today I should receive something, I might need your help if this does not happen, thanks Was this information helpful? | |||

i am not given any hard copy with my sign or voice confirmation for ECS transaction from my credit card

ICICI Marketing People's not faithfully sold product to me, really i am not satisfied with ICICI Lifeguard policy what they said before,
I do not any more relationship between me and ICICI

ICICI Prudential — policy created without my consent
A new ICICI prudential policy has been taken in my name without my knowledge or my signature.The amount for the same has been deducted from my ICICI bank credit card.The policy was created on 14 September 2009.Now they are not ready to either cancel the policy or reveal me the policy no.
I am asked to go to nearest office to enquire about the same.
I did not get any intimation about the policy being taken or the money being deducted.
