[Resolved] ICICI Prudential — Kalyani Branch not accepting full surrender | |||
They are not accepting full surrender and utilizing my money for their profit. Today it is the third time that they have refused to accept the full surrender asking for age proof (each time they asked for different document). After getting rejected for two times with different documents demanded by them I raised a complaint 28953634 on 9th December 2010 and from there the customer care told me that they have taken a note against the branch and I can simply send my father with the authorization letter, ID Proof and Welcome Kit. Along with the documents I send my father with a cancelled cheque. But they have again refused to take the surrender without age proof and refused to give any written document that they need the age proof. 3 times they are asking for 3 different documents. And today while I told about the incident the customer care team gave me the complaint no 29608531 only. As ICICI Prudential is here to cheat the money of the customer only, can anyone suggest me how do I approach IRDA or consumer court or court of law to get my money back. Hello All,
I took the pension plan from ICICI Prudential, I am supposed to pay 10, 000 every year for 20 years or at least 5 years I must pay to close the policy at the end of 5th year or I can close the policy after 20 years leaving the amount that is all the rep of the bank explained about this policy, he did not mention that if I fail to pay my 5 years premium my policy would be foreclosed by bank itself without my knowledge.
I paid my first premium after which I was not able to pay for personal reasons. All of sudden after 5 years, the ICICI Bank had foreclosed the policy themselves and send me a cheque of 5500 instead of 22000 - by the time the 10, 000 had grown!
My real worry and disappointment with the ICICI bank is that, they are able to send a foreclosure with the cheque, why cannot they send a warning letter stating that my policy would be closed for nonpayment of premium - which I am not aware.
I called the call center gury, they cannot explain, I send a mail to grievance department there has been no response
Can any ICICI Prudential officer help me out, I am ready to pay the premium pending to revive the policy at a single shot.
Please note I am not here to spoil the name of the bank whatsoever, I have explained my experience with the bank.
If the bank is able to help me out that would be much appreciated.
I am sending this copy to grievance department as well, let me get back with the mails of the officials too.

ICICI Prudential is a cheating company - everybody knows - IRDA also has some part of it. They dont do anything with ICICI Prudential - They have links. So your money is gone - That is it - [protected]@iciciprulife.com they reply standard replies and they never resolve anything - Write to top management in ICICI prudential - You may get some money back -
