[Resolved] ICICI Prulife — FAKE PROMISES | |
I have taken a policy last year (Policy Number[protected]. Annual premium policy for this policy was 60000. I was repaid 6000 as 10% of the annual premium and was promised of the same for the next 2 years. The advisor details given for the policy on the website are as follows Preeti Singh B7/18 Sector 4 Vishram Chowk Rohini Delhi. [protected] If I call then Mr Harish is taking up the call. I request you to please look into this matter. Your advisors make fake promises take the policy never look back at the policy performance. I want you to either 1. GET ME THE MONEY FROM ADVISOR (as promised while selling the policy) 2. Otherwise cancel this policy and refund my amount 100% 3. Take strict action against the people who are cheating people and making fake promises for selling policies. IF YOU WILL NOT TAKE ACTION I WILL BE TAKING FURTHER ACTION, I HAVE BEEN FRUSTRATED DEALING WITH ICICI. I am 26 yr and will surely not do any further business with ICICI. Now I am raising again this issue b'coz I have SHOCKED to see that, one who did the fraud(Mr Ramesh) in ICICI policy has been promoted in your organization.I visited ICICI direct and head office in Residential road on 28/12/2009 and met branch manager Mrs Rupa and discussed the matter with her, but she is helpless in this regard.
I kindly request you to take appropriate action and what is the Gaurantee for me as an INVESTOR this will not repeat or fate of other investments I have with your company??? Or should I seek the legal help regarding this Issue?? Pls reply or call me @ +[protected] or +91-[protected] ASAP.

Through this application I want to inform you that yyyth agent o your company by the name of Pratap Nayar, whose Agency Manager is Mr Srinivas has mis sold the insurance plan. They have showed me the features o[censored]nit-linked plan for my future purposes. But instead of selling me the same they have sold me tarditional plans and bounded me by giving 10-15 years of long term plans.I wanted to invest in short term plan which wouyld provid me some financial benefits in near future as I am not capale to pay in for long term. He has also assured me that in case of my accident the claims will be born by the company but after doing enquiry in your rourkela branch.I came to know that this benefit is not available in them.
Sir I am a person belonging from a middle class and having lack of english knowledge. Your advisor sold me the policy explening the wrong principal of professionalism. Now I am in an urgent requirment of financial assistance. Therre fore kindly take some actions against this application and make myself feel relaxed and satisfied as i have heard that your company is made upto customer satisfaction. Or else i will defenitly take some legal actions aginst youyr company, advisor an AM.
