[Resolved]  ICICIcredit Card — Name in Defaulter List

I applied for a Car Loan from Axis Bank . Axis Bank refused the Loan stating that my Name is appearing in the defaulters' list.
As informed by the Bank, my name is appearing twice in defaulters' list .

I am aware of one case where there was dispute going on with ICICI Bank for refund o[censored]ndue amount charged by ICICI Bank from my saving account.

However, I am totally unaware of the second case ( why and which Bank has registered me in the defaulter category )

As far as ICICI Bank is concerned, I am shocked to know that instead of refunding the undue amount debited by Bank from my saving account, they have put me in the defaulters' list.

I have sent lot of e-mails to ICICI Bank for the refund o[censored]ndue amount charged by them ( as I have not used the Credit Card so told by ICICI to me ), however there is no respite .

I would like to have a respite and resolve the issue with ICICI Bank.
Secondly, I would also like to know the details of the 2nd Bank who have registered me in the default category.

ICICI Credit Cards. — Defaulters list

Dear Sir,

I had life time free card from ICICI when I was with L&T.

ICICI Lombard approached me over phone and told about their health policy and have registered my name for Family health plan, assuring that if I dont like the policy later I will get the premium returned back from them.

I paid premium for 3-4 months through my credit card. Howeve ICICI was not responding well during this time and I decided to discontinue the policy. They have returned my Premium but have panelised me for about 4000 Rs. for cancellation. I objected and had regreted to pay the penalty. Later date ICICI has settled my account and has no dues now. But still I am registered as Defaulter in CIBIL.

Pl guide me how to get my name deleted from defaulter's list.

Kindly revert back.

It has happened in many of the other customers too... ICICI Bank itself should b put in the Black list for harrasing their customers...!!!

Hope...in this new year of 2010, ...it stops sucking customers...

This is sundaramoorthy, My name also appear in the defaulter list.which is with out my knowledge, they will be debitted the amount from my credit card for health insurance, I shocked, i informed to ICICI Bank, and there is no response .Now, all the amount i was paid & got the settlement letter also, but still my name is appear in the defualter list.

Now, what to do, i applied PL to ICICI, thye are rejected.
