ICICI Credit Card — ICICI Credit Card payment Harassment
Hi,The card is registered under the name of my father "Sharad R Malwankar". We have already settled the credit card amount and received the settlement letter from ICICI approximately 6 months back. Still we are receiving the monthly statements and calls from recovery department for paying the dues.
Today 10th June 2009 11:00 A.M "Sadhana" from ICIC called asking to paying the dues and used abusing language when we said her we have already settled the amount. The number from which she called us is "[protected]"
Please guide us regarding the above matter. Also let us know how can we take severe action against this girl who abused us.
