Today is 18 Nov 2008 and I have complained on Oct 7, 2008. What action is has been take?
Deepak (an Idea Celluar Employee) spoke with me, but what is Conclusion?

Now I will take this "Miss Selling Issue" to Consumer Compliance.
I will just say "Want an Idea" to deal with consumers.

I was very cool on this issue but as no solution Oriented approch will invest my time in Consumer Right and I get in loop everyone Who was involved in this "Miss Selling Act"

Dear Sir / Madam,

In reference to complain on Oct 7, 2008.. I received a call form Deepak from Idea Cellular. He took great innitative to solve the Complain... However as he took my Brother Milind Satam, Puja (employee of TRIDENT FINCOM PVT. LTD.) and Raj the Ower of (TRIDENT FINCOM PVT. LTD.) all the people on Conference all... I was able to understand who fault it was to his best Knowledge.

I told Deepak (an Idea Cellulat Employee) to call me in the evening. as of Date In not received and any call on and email form Idea Cellular.. nor I am aware abt my money my Cell no[protected] which they were goin to alot me..

Great Customer treatment form Aditya Birla Group a Global Acknowledge Company.


I will just say "Want an Idea" to deal with consumers.

so now I am marking mail to all Consumer right in India and International as well.

Dear Sir / Madam,

I am Mr Vaibhav Satam staying at Om Shiv Satyam, Room no. 15 1st Floor, Opp Akash Ganga Complex, Thane (W) 400 601.

On 11 Sept 2008, one girl call form [protected] told abt Idea Celluar. as well as told we are giving Choice number, I asked for [protected]. She Commited that She will give me that number [protected].

One person came and Collected the Photo-copy of my passport and current bill BPL mobile Bill (Which was Rs1500/-on an Average). I paid him Rs 300/- he did not give me proper reciept Bcoz their was no reciept number mentioned...only the Below Address is mentioned there

One more Acknowledged receipt of Idea Cellular on which name on Puja[protected] and Punit[protected]... and my Form number 0079061 is mentioned.

Many time is was trying to reach Punit, he does not repond to my calls. and Puja is asking to Choose different number and I am not ready choose different number, Because she had commited [protected].

This improfessionalism is not expected form Birla Group. Idea Cellular has done Miss-selling, fraud, Consumer Compliance.
I have not received any response from Idea Cellular for last 25 days, so I have mark this mail to most of Consume Right Organisations in India and World.


I will just say "Want an Idea" to deal with consumers.

I expect justice...
