Idea Cellular — 3G offer not activated | |||
Hi I bought Nokia Lumia 720 handset on 7th July with offer from Idea Cellular regarding free 2GB data usage at 3G speeds for two months. I have been following up for the past 1 week but to no avail. Called up Idea Care multiple times, sent SMSs to helpline and even wrote mails to Customer Desk 2-3 times but the offer is still not activated. Call Center representatives have tried to help with manual support but still the problem remains. I wish Idea Cellular would better manage such a history of so many follow-ups on a single issue, unless it has decided not to improve its retail customer experience. I'M USING THIS SIM FOR 4 YEARS. AS EVERY1 KNOW EARLIER IT WAS NAMED SPICE AND ATTRACTED BY MANY WITH THEIR
10 PAISE PLAN WITH 1 PS SMS
& GPRS UNINTERRUPTED.
AS U GOT A BULK OF COMPLAINTS REGARDING CHETING ON MANIPAL PLAN U DID CORRECTION ON 10/MIN PAISE ISSUE SOLVED.
GPRS WAS AVAILIABLE OF 49 PLAN UNINTERRUPTED ON ROAMIN(AS A USER I NEED IT )
SEE EVERY COMPANOES SUPPORT IT ..
U IDEA PEOPLE STILL CHEATING...
ROAMING ON KERALA ALMOST IS LIKE A WASTE IN CONNECTIVITY...AND GPRS MONTHLY 49 RS GONE, while in the same case it is availiable on rest states...NO G SYMBOL AT ALL IN KERALA //

Hi Friend you dont recharges Idea RS. 31,i have alr;y recharges the 31. but the offer not activated till now 4 days , i was asked the custemer care their is no responsibilty , i kindly request all of my freind you dont recharges Rs.31.

Sir,i m' using idea cellular's prepaid connection.my number is [protected]. on last week i recieved a call from the company excutive saying you were selected for a fantastic offer which we gives to our selected subscribers only.! Asper the excutive's advice i spent Rs.150 to get the offer benefits which tilnow, the company not allowed to me.! Several complaints made on this matter with their customercare.later i m'informed that u are not eligible for the above offer benefits.!
I realise that they selected me to make me a foolish not for giving such a offer.!
