Idea Cellular — conversion from postpaid to prepaid | |||
Earlier i have an idea prepaid connection which i got converted to postpaid and there was option that i can later(after 3 months period) shift back to prepaid connection. Now when i wish to convert my postpaid connection back to prepaid the company's relationship counter denying for same reasoning due to problem in system. What all documents will be required to file a complaint in Consumer Complaint Forum and is there any procedure for online filing of complaint? Was this information helpful? | |||

Such kind of problems if mobile operator will not create then & then people will continue or else find alternate solutions. Today market is very wide to find alternate solution. But this is not a way to do business. You people might be understand but not improve it.[protected]Rakesh Bhensdadia
