I am DEEPAK KUMAR SINGH I AM HAVING AN IDEA CONNECTION FROM LAST 8 YEARS.MY MOBILE NO. IS [protected] I HAVE DEPOSITED MY BILL OF RS. 1307/- DATED 1-1-13 AT IDEA MAIN BRANCH (MANGAL PANDEY NAGAR)THROUGH CHEQUE NO. 505862 AXIS BANK, MEERUT. I CONFIRMED MY BANK THAT THIS CHEQUE IS CLEARED. BUT TODAY 14-1-13 idea BARRED MY NUMBER. IDEA COSTUMER CARE IS ALSO VERY POOR THEY ARE ASKING ME TO WAIT FOR 48 HOURS AND AM OUT OF MY HOME STATION.. WHY SHOULD I WAIT FOR THIS LONG TIME AS ITS NOT MY FAULT... .i have loggined compaint 24 hours before but still there is no satisfactry response from idea cellular,i was out of station an moslty in travelling and had a very bad experience because my number was bard. please take a fast action against it COMPLIANT NO C[protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
