Idea Cellular — Connecting Problem not rectified

Dear sir
I was using idea POST PAID CORPORATE(DELHI METRO) no [protected] since last 3 year, i m having problem of connectivity in Bihar circle BSNL numbers that 'PLS CHECK THE NUMBER U HAVE DIALED' replyed by idea system, i have many time comlaint this problem but not rectify or not satisfactory reason given.
Lastly i have disconnect my number but this is amejing during disconnecing no any reason ask with me that WHY I WANT TO DISCONNECT.
This means no any value of custmer.
