i ve been using it since last 5 years.
but i m often receiving calls from idea every now and then, almost 10 times a day. it is disturbing me when i m busy with my work.
i m not at all interested in such stupid calls n messages from Idea.
So Idea should consider the same, else i m likely to move to the consumer council.
So kindly consider the same and take a prompt action.

i have same problem i am using idea number and i get more than 10 -20 calls from idea and it is very disturbing .. why no one is complaining about it. i even have records of calls and numbers from idea can i file a case against idea .

Idea — Disturbing Customers Throughout the day.
I am an IDEA Customer who daily receives call from idea call centre.They dont see what time is it.
whether its night or day, they calls and disturb us.
I have a complaint against them.
Please see to this as i am student and also gets disturbed in between of study.
