Idea Cellular — slow speed of netsetter | |
I have purchace an Idea high speed internet connection i.e. net setter high speed EDGE/GPRS Mobile internet wireless data speedup to 236.8kbps in the feb 2209. But I am getting only 5 to 8 kbps internet speed. I have talk to the customer care regarding this problem, but they are unable to solve it. As the speed is very low, it took lot of time to just open the site. Also cannot download big size files. We r fed up to ur NET SETTER Mob. No.[protected] for the speed. Always it shows very week signal. I allready complain to ur authorised dealer on dt.29th May from M/s R.K.Enterprises, Geeta Colony, Delhi.
They we assured us to solve our complains coming one or two days. Plz. check through ur technical staff to the following address.

I have purchased a idea netsetter today. whatever speed the application stats show i am not even able to load gmail and check mail. forget downloading any file.
Does idea think people will buy the dongle and if it doesnt work will be happy using it as a fashion accessory?

My internet speed(full edge speed i.e. 23kbps download speed) is well before 10-12 days but now it really sucks.
It gives only 4 kbps what is yhe problem i did, t understand please help me.I m really sick off it.
