[Resolved] Idea Cellular — Unceremonious disconnection

I own mobile number [protected]in Nashik, Maharashtra. The number is used by my wife who is a busy eye surgeon. She was asked for some documents which are supposed to be necessary by govt regulations. She was given only 2 days and lots of rude and irresponsible answers when the connection was severed. The disconnection has led to serious problems for some of the patients. When we tried to contact idea office in Nashik, we were told that any way connection is severed and that we can file complaint with anybody we wish. What are the ways to lodge complaint with Consumer forums and DoT. Being a doctor this can lead to serious problems for us. Kindly guide. Dr.Maneesh M. This is to inform you that as per purchase above SIM Card NO:-[protected] (Prepaid)
Dt:[protected], try to activation but customer care told that submit you documents to nearest
Idea Cellular Outlet (My Idea-Saheed Nagar), BBSR and same i have submitted to that.Dt:[protected]
They told with in 24 to 36 Hours it will activated, sea after 24 Hours it is activated. again
I have visit Idea outlet Recharge Rs.26/- for Roaming / Rs.6.00 for count for Paisa /Rs.61/- for 3months
Validate /Rs.65/- for Full Talk time . Total Paid:- Rs.158.00 and sea the Balance Amount is Rs.65.00 ok.
All Recharge done very successfully Dt:-13/01/2010...
At the same time i have made a call other idea no. it is done successfully...

after one day like Dt:[protected] sea in 4:30pm SIM showing Invalid...
Today is[protected] again Visit again Saheed Nagar My Idea Outlet and complain against above matter
also submitted a written complain to the Authority, and Request to him solve my case with immediate effect,

sea i have face lot of problem taking this NO. any how i want activate this no with any delay
