[Resolved]  Idea Cellular — No response after repeated emails/phone calls for customer services

DISGUSTING - NO RESPONSE AFTER REPEATED PHONE CALLS FOR CUSTOMER SERVICES TRIED SENDING EMAILS - EMAILS DO NOT WORK FOR A PROFESSIONAL COMPANY.

DON'T EVER USE - IDEA. REALLY POOR SERVICES, DISGUSTING!!

Following this email, received two follow up calls on Friday, 18th June evening. however, I have nothing heard on the activation. still waiting to get my no. activated.
This is another reminder after so many follow up calls from my side and the emails. Sorry to say, but its Really Poor Customer Service. Disgusting.
Now I am left with no hope but just to disconnect my connection!
