Even I am being tortured by IDEA, they have activated GPRS on my mobile. And i donno what are the other services active on my mobile. Whenever i want to talk to customer care I dont get the connection on IVRS come up. This is the worst service. In my home there is also a Airtel connection for which I havenot faced any problems as this. Can the Idea people please tell me where should I make a call so that I can to a person to know abt my account and not to that stupid IVRS.
