idea cellular connection — non connection

sir , I was a post paid idia cellular connection holder, now the same connection change to prepaid my number [protected], First i approached the alleppey idea dealer he informed me you can't change to prepaid. Then I ask them to cancel my connection on payment of alldues. then i have paid the all dues and my phone connection disconnected by the company. Again i have received a letter from idea office ravipuram cochin. your connection reconnected . you contact our custemercare. I contact them they told you r connection now in Prepaid so you can use the sim. Then I insert my old sim but it is found registration faioled . I approach again at cochin main office , the custemer executive , one lady officer informed me you come after two days with ID and photo we will give you new sim. After two days that is 21st oct 2009 i approach the officer incharge, she give me the new ssim on collection of my ID proof and photo and infrom within one our it will activate. On her advice i come to my home town alleppey, but unfortunately found same not activate. No incoming and out going same band. I conact the customercare officer he told me you should not produce the ID and photo.I try to contact nodel officer no [protected] a nd appeliate authority no.[protected] but both number no response all number in out of coverage area. what can I do can you help me.
