[Resolved] Idea Cellular Delhi — Application regarding inconvinience due to deactivation my mob. no. | |
Dear Sir_Madam, I have been using an idea postpaid connection since Oct'06. Some days before, due to some personal circumstances, I didn't submit the bill and than my connection had been deactivated. Again I was requested to activate my connection by submission of my pending bills and also give them some extra charges for activation. After that, my O/g & I/c had been barred without inform me and when i asked to the costumer care, they were also unable to tell me the reason for barre. Since that day I am facing many problems due to IDEA's fault. But now this is too much, my number has been putting on hold since a week, again without giving me any information. Now i am unable to talk with costumer care because my sim is still unregistered. I went to Idea Care Shop Sec-17, Rohini, Delhi, then he told me that your verification has been negative, that why your no. is 'put on hold' condition. I am suffering from too much problems again only because of IDEA's fault, not mine. I am a working person and live alone at my residence. From last five days i am on leave because for making my verification positive. But the verifier boy never came on time which i requested and also he didn't make me a single call if he found me absent at home on my alternate no. Now they says that we cant do anything, your no. will not be activated. During this time I am also loose financially. I am requesting to you that please consider my request asap. Its my personally request to you. I have been facing much problems since a week. Please consider my request. I will be very grateful to you. Idea needs to really work hard and preform
The network is already poor and on top of that the worst customer care in the history of customers.
And the time it takes to even get to a customer.
Idea should shut its operations if the idea is only to harass the customers.
I regret taking an IDEA Number.
and I wish to say that no one should take such services.

I am based in Faizabad (Eastern UP) I have been using Idea prepaid since Sep 07. Before that I was using BSNL. Since I was facing a lot of problem while doing ISD calls, I had to switched over to Idea. Its performance was very good. But now (since Feb 09) its performance is not upto the mark. Nowadays it is very difficult to connect an ISD call to China. Most of the time without connecting call the amount is being deducted. On 24th Apr 09 I have tried thrice, all the time money has been deducted out of my account.(the ring was keep on going, no connectivity, still amount has been deducted) Fourth time I never date to call, because every time I was losing Rs 9.18 . If it is local/STD call its okay. In case of ISD calls it is unbearable. At the same time I was through from BNL network. If you have increased the connections please improve the infrastructures also accordingly. Most of the time we can hear the "Due to congestion your call cannot be completed" We never heard this before Jan 2009. Hope you will do some thing. Otherwise I have to switch over to some other network who can provide better network.

i m manish kumar and i was purchase idea connection on 2 july 2009 but my connection is not yet started or my number was [protected] but idea allowt this number to another consumer or my number is not start yet.
i m facing problem or even idea nodal officer or cousomer care not respond me.

Im Richa Singh, my complain is regarding the activation of Net on my number [protected], they only called me n told abt scheme.
That time they had given me the no. after sending that no.the net will be activated.but i haven't send any number, bt its activated.
And i got no information through any means(neither by phone or msg) that it's being activated
After talking to customer care they told that they activated it online verbally.
This is very wrong & i want my money back.
