Idea Cellular — Idea deducting balance for no reason. | |||
HI team, Today i.e. 24/10/2013 at 11:58am, I got a SMS from idea saying Rs.50 deducted from yuor account for 'Downloading Gamezone from HandyGo". even though i have never accessed this website and they have dedudcted my balance for no reason. On talking to customer service, their executive was rude and did not want to revert my balance into my account. And they said even if you raise a complaint on this forum they will give you the same reply. This has happened to me earlier also, they once deducted some amount of money for a sms pack in the middle of the night. After talking to the customer service, they credited the balance back into my account. This is clear harrassment of the customer and the customer service is very rude and dont want to help.
