Idea Cellular — Idea SIM Resignation Fail

Dear All,
My name is Sunil Kumar.I am using Idea Sim and my mobile Number is [protected]. In my Idea SIM when network is going then idea SIM is not take or update network Auto.
Same problem i am facing when i gone on rooming area. I was take with Custom care "She told me change the Mobile Headset". And i change mobile Headset, Again i found same problem.
Right now i am using SAMSUNG Galixy ACE PLUS Headset.
Can any body tell me the solution it ?
