[Resolved]  Idea Cellular Ltd. — balance deducted

i am an existing user of idea cellular .my no is [protected].i recharge my idea cellular mobile with rs222 & rs59 on 9/8/2009 at 6:00 pm i get talktime of rs 222 but next morning10/8/2009 my balance was only rs 6 i have not maked any call . customer cear told that ur money is deducted on making international call..but i have not call any numbers..plz tell me how the money is deducted...

my balance got automatically deducted without any service activated on my number...i did conmplaint to customer care so many times but there is no action taken by customer care...i m requesting u please take care of that as early as possible either forcely i'll have to go to consumer court...

I had got my phone recharged for Rs 350 from Idea mobile service providers,They deducted Rs 340 from my balance.I contacted customer care and visited their office multiple times. They told that I had used GPRS from my mobile and the amount of Rs 340 had been cut for using GPRS overnight. I have not yet got any GPRS service activated, neither had I used GPRS on my phone. Their records show that I had used GPRS. Kindly help. They didi a similar thing with my friend deducting Rs 550 saying that he used GPRS overnight although internet had not been used on the phone

Idea Cellular Limited — Rs 30 deducted on my balance

Respected sir I have deducted Rs 30 in my balance on date 25/06/2011 i asked the customer care of idea cellular limited what is the reason they told me that astrology pack is activated. Without my any confirmation they activated the astrology pack. After activated the astrology pack I also received the messages from astrogy you have not set your sunsign please call 557554 to set your sunsign on dt 27/06,28/06,30/06, 1/07,2/07. I wanted to recover my Rs 30 as eary as possible my mobile number is [protected].

I Jogender, my idea number is [protected]. My balance Rs. 30 was deducted on 23.02.2013. I had called in Idea customer care. They have given surity to refund the balance but till date no have come balance. I humbly request to you kindly my refund the balance.

my balance has been deducted rs 600 pre paid idea
without using any thing ...
i call to customer care but i ..there is no response given properly..

i also complaint to applite officer but no response.
