Idea — balance deductions

On 19th of December I received a message that I have been activated for a dating chat service and saying that they deducted money from my account when I called the customer care up and asked them why has the service been activated when I hadn't done any such thing the customer care executive "SHIVKUMAR" was not at all co-operative and he also told me that I had activated it a month ago and it was activated now. This is not the first time the IDEA network service provider has deducted the balance from my account. I had lot of experience earlier with hit.

Rs.120 has been deductade from my account balance.when i call to customer executive they said you received the balance of other customer that's why the balance is deductade.again i dial the no.198 another executive saying due to system down we cant help you so you can call after 4 hour.again i called executive unable to solve my complain i request him to transfer call to his senior he transfer the call & his senior said your balance is deductted due to sending message.i tell him i have a message pack activated on my number.she told me on 31st no pacakage is active you chrged on normal pack.i told why did'nt you inform me .she told me we cant register your complain.neither we refund your balance.

on 22/1/2012 at 7:35pm i recived message from IDEA,that activated chota redio pack without my permission,30rupees deducted. then i enquired to custemor care they told me call me morning, then i called on 23/1/2012 they r not responsed me that time they told me call back after48 hrs,
i waited for refund but i cant get ,
next I called custemor care on 25/1/2012 morning they also told me same, they agree to refund the 30rupees within 48hrs but not yet... still not refunded, then i called on 27/1/2012 morning 10:35 i questioned about this but they told no refund available.. they told its your mistake you only select this service, when i was talking with custemor care at the same time they activated CRICKET ALERT and deducted 30rupees..

so pls i request your kindself to take sutable action against this type of money robbers..

Idea's customer care service is wurst they were not there to help. They just know that how to deduct unfair amount from customers and don't know that how to refund that. There new way to do business to cheat there clients.

Same thing happend with me today. I'am Very dissatisfied by there service..

hello sir I have got the sim of the idea cellular and on the date 15/2/2012 at 3.2 pm I have got the message of the activation of the India talkies service and 75 rs amt balance was deducted without my confirmation please sir help me Idea has done fraud with me...
I have told them I am going to complain in consumer forum They have told me that consumer forum cant do nothing ur in India not in America
Please sir take some legal action to teach them lesson

My balance was 31rs. but it deducted to 14rs. without any reason. Customer care are saying i have sent international massages. But i haven't done anything such. It's totally act of company to gain profit. Plz do some needful act upon this.

SIR, I am getting your service and my prepaid no. [protected] sir i have recharge it 16/02/2012 at 11 am and after 5 hours i have received one message which job alert but i have no gievn like this command sir if i have no give any command than why are deduct my 5 rs. balance and why activate tell to me and out of me this problem other wise i have to take illegal action and i have to take other service provider my id is [protected]@yahoo.in

when my complaint will be resolved.

I am Anupam Bhaumik, I am using Idea connection on my mobile and also using net on it, on 26 feb at 3 am I downloaded a video on a free site and my mobile balance was deducted by rs30/-, but I recharged with rs47/- net card, which was 1 gb free download and upload, but the customer guy named MR PRASAD said me that I downloaded a paided java games that's why my balance was deducted, there was a lot of confusion, and they never gave us a right information.
they showed us this types of reason and deducted our balance lots of times,
so, I request u please take some step on IDEA Cellular connection...........

it's mukesh devnani.i m using idea prepaid connection & my no. is [protected].a week before idea call center people call me and had a talk in respect of an advantage of a scheam.of rs. 120 & said 15000 local & std mins given to me..& charge on the basis of seconds. they started charging on mins basis and even with increasing call rates..earlire my call rate is 40p/min but now increased to 50p/min...& deducted my bal by rs.120 when i placed complaint in call center then they didn't take any action from last one week...
so plz help me in this case.what i have to do...

I have a prepaid connection since 4 years.
That number is [protected].

I got harass to use this number because this service provider deduct my balance again and again.
when i file a complain to customer care some time i got solution and sometime the customer executive not to agree to hear any thing that this is a wrong deduction.

I did request 2 times for Mobile Number portability but that time Idea customer executive called me and say that further you will not face any problem about the same.

But same problem is continues till now.

In Past 4-5 days i have lose my 20 Rs. balance again. i called customer care but they said that you had to pay charge for GPRS use. But I am sure that i did'nt use gprs. SO I WANT TO REFUND MY WRONG DEDUCTED BALANCE.

So Please Take quick action about the same

IDEA activate love tips on my phone and cut 30 rupees.

Idea cut my balance at 16th april 10:30pm .
I call idea customer and telling my balance deduction problem they said their system is down and call after 4hrs .
Then again i call at 17th april and this time they said their system is down and call after 24 hours ..
Then i wait 24 hour and call at 18th april than again they wait for 24 hour ...
then i call today 19th april and said my balance is cut please register a complaint they (customer care) said they cant register my complaint because last month IDEA activate devotional pack on my phone and after 1 month any complaint register ......
Now i am fully fedup what the hell is this when i call to customer care every time they said theis system is down and when theri system is on they said ...they not register my complaint when i ask to talk to your senior they said all seniors right now busy ....
i call at least 5 or 6 times n ask to forword my call to your seniors but all time they said all seniours are busy ....

So please help me my request is not taken by idea customer care .....and they deduct my balance twice in one month
if no one take action of my complaint so i have to port my no. to any other no.
my no. is 1 year older and i am happy with idea but last 20-25 days i am fedup .........
