i call idea coustomer care regarding GPRS activate he given me instruction you type SET IME number and sent on 54671 and you will recieve the setting with in 24 hr i send it after 24hr i have not recieve any setting then again i call coustmer care person is telling me you download from internet this setting.then i send the mail <ccare.[protected]@idea.adityabirla.com> on this . he given me reply that your problem will solve quickly but i did not recieve any setting then next day i call again person is telling this is not the procedure to activate GPRS . he is telling just you type SET and send to 54671 again i send it but 6 days is over i have not recieve any setting what type of service is only customer is harass

My IDEA prepaid no is[protected] .This is an old connection ( About 3 years old ) . This was taken under Life time scheme. This number was not in use for some time . Last week I found no net work and I contacted customer care who advised me to submit ID proof . Consequently, I had handed over ID proof with a photograph to Mr. Puneet of M/S Amisha Marketing and Associates on 9 Jan 2009. I was assured that the line will be activated in next 24 hours. Having received no connection, I contacted customer care who informed me that the above no has been permanently disconnected since this was not used for some time. I had taken the connection and paid for it, it is my prerogative as to whether I use the number or not.The service cannot be disconnected as per the wish of the sevice provider because I am not using it. I would request you to immediately take necessary action in activating the line. An early acton the matter will be highly appreciated.

Idea is the worst cell phone co in india. They are a bunch o[censored]seless good for nothing people who are not bothered about proper customer care. I am cancelling their connection.
