Im very tensed as im using Idea prepaid the services are being automatically activated and my account balance is getting reduced as week to week i dont know how this is happening i want my balace to be credited in to my mobile's account this is a kindly request from me please deactivate my caller tune as soon as possible my number is [protected].. i have sent many deactivation sms's to the number 55456 but still its not been deactivated m trying to deactive this service since one two months

I want to deactivate my dialer tone which was activated by the company itself without my request or knowledge, but the voice portal system does not direct me in a proper manner nor is the customer service representative available. It seems to be taking people for a ride. It just shows how careless a company can be. My mobile number is [protected]. Please look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest.

Sir/Madam,
I have already complaint about the same problem of dialer tone was activated with out my permission . Also I call customer care to deactivate it but it not happening anything. I had activated DND in my phone but why it is happening like that. Please Deactivated it. I don’t like any activation like this please avoid it. (My No-[protected])
