Idea Cellular Ltd. — giving wrong information regarding internet facilities

Dear Sir,

I am one your your customer and my mobile no.[protected], i have recived a call from your call center, from this no.[protected] on 20Aug'09, Customer executive gave the information regarding internet facilities in prepaid connection, he told me that you will get unlimited downloading free if appicable charges, internet usage free, but he doesn't told me about Rs20 is charged daily from your account.You are requested to debit my balance amt. which is deducted while using your internet.

So, kindly look this matter seriously, else i logged this compliant in consumer court.
