CHARGING ON DAILY BASIS FOR GPRS NOT OPTED OR APPLIED FOR WITHOUT OUR KNOWLEDGE/CONSENT BY IDEA CELLULAR LTD, DELHI MOB NO. [protected] TENTAMOUNTING TO CHEATING Charging without reasons I took a mobile connection no.[protected] from IDEA CELLULAR. I never asked for any special services. Without my consent as well as knowledge, recovery of Rs.20/- per day has been made from my account for service of GPRS for a long time, which I never asked for and I never needed. That recovery has been made without my knowledge or my consent, thus cheating me. All my efforts to contact them and aprise them of this unfair practice tentamounting to cheating has not borne any result. It is unfortunate that there are no easy, effective ways for the public to bring these service providers to the forums for justice. VERY BAD COMPANY. May I request the AUTHORITIES to save the general public from this Company resorting to unethical working/charging public for services not opted/asked for I further request this Complaints Forum to guide me regarding taking action against this unethical practices being adopted by IDEA. IDEA mob no 9911433441 — IDEA WHICH IS BAD/UNFAIR TO CUSTOMERS
This has reference to a call from no.[protected] by a lady who introduced herself as SHWETA calling from IDEA. She wanted to know if I have any complaint or problem to talk to her about. I explained to her that I have been charged for service of GPRS @ Rs.20/- per day which is not leviable as I never needed this service and therefore I never aplied/asked for or even told by any executive that this service is being provided to me. I was unaware that I am being charged for something I do not need nor I have applied or asked for. Then she questioned me that what do I want? I said reimburse the undue charges levied on my mobile no. [protected]. I got a curt reply It is not possible.I want to know why did she call me in the first place?
Is it your way of doing business to be discourtious to your subscribers to inflict wounds and then put salt in their wounds?
IDEA has fleeced me of my hard earned money. Thereafter instead of remedying the wrong you tell me in terse manner to bear the loss and yet remain you loyal subscriber. IT IS A SHAME TO IDEA CELLULAR.

My self is Atiullah Siddique and belongs from Dhanbad, wasseypur. I have a request that till last month there was an idea no [protected] with me but unfortunately it was lost. I had also informed the police about that but now when I have tried this number it is active. therefore i want to verify that is this number is provided to another customer by another name or someone is cheeting me.
Please inform me that to which name this no was issued.
This number was issued to me by my name.
If it is continue by my name then I will again inform police take some action.
