Tower not support properly, phone will get cut & many times no clearence in voice, we have to come out of office & go at open place to talk with parties, which is harmful for valuable information. I think u have to etablish a tower in odhav.
your quick response will be very helpful to us.

Idea connection is getting pathetic day by day with me.
I am having prepaid connection and i have registed my complain through mail, but in vain.

I immediately require a response from idea or TRAI should take necessary actions against such an organiation.

IDEA cellular service is 3rd class in the world. their customer care staff wont respond properly.

i am confuge and herized becouse some number is call or misscall on my mobile at working time so how can i block the calls please reply

idea is a low standard company

my mobile no. [protected], complaint told about to deposit the identity proof. i deposited my id proof since last Saturday, but my number is starting. what is the problem

My mobile no. is [protected], I have a complaint that someone using my call details and trying to threatening. If any mishappeing occurs with me than the company will be responsible for it. I wants to know how that person gets my all call details without my consent and he/she is saying that he/she got my all conversation recordings. If required i will go in Court for it.

Please inspect my no. details and take necessary action on it and write me that can someone get recordings without consumer permission without any criminal record.

This is in reference to the activation of 13rs recharge plan. I received a message from [protected]@13R
All local calls mob & LL @ 40Ps/min. Rech Rs. 13 Or U can Dial *123*67# to activate (Rs 13 will be deducated one time). No Rentals / Conditions. Call 50015 for More info.

SO i dialed *123*67# the same and received a Msg saying the plan will be activated within 48 hours.

When i realised that i am being billed more than as per the plan .40ps, i called the customer care who after 2 days of complaint confirmed that i have been activated with 1ps/1sec plan. They assuer me to change the plan back to 40Ps/min but not to returne back the money that i have been over billed for.

I have been forwarding the same msg to my friends who wishde to change ther plans as well, dont really know if they will have to through the same.

I regret to have IDEA as my service provider, where i suffer because of your faults.
Assuer you to change my network provider and sue the company.

i have gone througgh comments of idea usesrs and i am shocked that still the owner i guess its ADITYA BIRLA still sleeping newaz he will understand automatically when it will get collapsed becoz of his useless and good for nothing people he kept

i got call before 1 month before 4 convert prepaid connection to pospaid, , n thn i agreed to convert, , thn they comes to my home to provide sim and stated me that ur no. will be activated within a 24 hours bt after 5 days i geted call from idea customer care 4 confirmation tht will u want to convert ur no into postpaid thn again i say okk..and after 5 day again i geta call from customer care that ur no will activated in 24 hours, , , and thn i had say that i don't wanna convert my no n pls, give me my rs.500 back..after that no one call me for confirmation or for back my money..and i reached to vikas marg customer care, , they said me that we don't know abt that and can't do anythig...go to noida sec64..

Idea is getting worst day by day.

The customer care department is not willing to solve the prolems and also prove to show aggression towards customers.

Its all that they dont even register complaints and dont even provide the complaint number.

In crucial cases they hold the line and then lost somewhere for hours or otherwise disconnect the call.

They Also using the advantage that we could not call more than thrice a day.

This is serious issue that TRAI shlould take necessary action against them.

I HV GOT 1 PAISA PER SECOND SCHEME; WHENEVER I MAKE A CALL THE BALANCE IS DEDUCTED ABOUT 2 PAISE TO 8 PAISE MORE THAN THE ACTUAL DIDUCTION SHOULD BE... IF THIS HAS TO BE DONE THEN WHAT IS THE MEANING OF 1 PAISE CALL ... IT SUCKS ... IDEA IS FOOLING THEIR CUSTOMERS AND EVERY TIME I CALL THE CUSTOMER CARE IT IS BUSY ON ANOTHER CALL ... NO SUPPORT FROM COMPANIES END ...

I am very dissatisfied with Idea too. I got this postpaid connection, and I'd already got my address verified, Then, I had to go to Bangalore for some business, and this CCE called me up and asked when they could send another executive for verification again. Apparently, they have to do it thrice, god knows why. So, I told them I was at Bangalore and told them to send their man later. Next thing I know, my number has been suspended. Another person calls me again and asks when they can send a person for verification, and then I am at offcie, so could you send later? But no. No one comes, and tey are now teling me to go to a showroom. WHy should I go? First of all, they have no communication among themselevs because even after I had got the number, someone was still calling me up and asking me when they should send their person to give me the sim card. And I got the wrong sim card at first.

This is just shoddy and irresponsible.

sir i m vodafone customer, one of your idea user disturbing me by giving miss calls at mid night that no.is [protected] so pls take any action against this no.

मैं इंदौर (म.प्र.) में दैनिक भास्कर के सीयूजी प्लान में दो नंबरों का संचालन कर रहा हूं। मैं इंदौर के सिटी सेंटर स्थित आपके ऑफिस में पहुंचा तो मुझे टोकन नंबर ०१४१ दिया गया था। मुझे लंबे इंतजार के बाद काउंटर नंबर डी पर बुलाया गया। मैं अपना नंबर ९८२६६७८०८७ और ९८२६५७९९९८ पोस्टपैड से प्री पैड कराना चाहता हूं। मैंने सभी डाक्यूमेंट की फोटोकॉपी दी, लेकिन मुझे शनिवार (१३ माचॆ २०१०) की दोपहर को कहा गया कि आप सोमवार को आइए। मैं पूछा आज क्यूं नहीं हो सकता तो बताया कि टेक्निकल प्राब्लम है। मैंने मैनेजर से मिलने के लिए कहा तो बताया कि वे मीटिंग मैं हैं। उनका फोन नंबर भी नहीं दिया गया। कॉम्पटिशन के इस युग में किसी प्राइवेट कंपनी में इस तरह की बदहाली पर मुझे बहुत अफसोस हुआ।

We open a new shop in Kandivali west. We are very dissatisfied with idea service.The distributor of idea cellular in kandivali west is not taking interest to resolve our shop complaint. 1 Demo sim card is given to our shop by distributor, That is not working from last 4 days. Many times we have complaint to distributors Executive & personally we have meet to the distributor office but they haven't any response & nobody cares about it. They told wherever you want to complaint about them can do it.My Cell no. [protected]

My number is [protected], on 20 march till 11:00am i had Rs= 11.45 on my account but after that a sms come from 55456 at 2:41 pm that Rs=11 had been reduced from my account for renewal of dialer tone and validity is extended accordingly, , but i didn't subscribe for dialer tone i have never activated this unnecessary balanced is reduced from my account by idea company and idea customer care is not reachable, , therefore i want idea should investigate this matter and give me my balance back

IDEA is the worst cellular company in the whole world .It has been passed a month for a complaint of mine which has not yet resolved despite of continuous reminders to them . All they know is to misbehave with their customer or putting the call on hold for long unless one disconnect it. I have been complaining to deactivate the services which they had activated on my number (+[protected] on their own. At last i will suggest everyone not to choose idea as your network provider ever.
