mere pass idea se [protected] se call aaya ki aap 500/-RS ka recharge hume deke karwayenge to apko agle 30mints me 1000/-RS ka talk time milega aur apko for life time tarrif mil jayega jisme apki sabhi local aur std call 50paise ne ho jayegi aur idea to idea free ho jayega ... lekin aisa kuch bhi nahi hua ... aur isko hua pure 24hrs ho gaye hai aur usne mere sare recharge ke no.pin bhi le liye. aur badle me muje kuch nahi mila aur wo bhi abhi tak maine customar care per no... ki detais mangi to wo mana kar rahe hai batane se ...

Sir,
Last month i made a Rs 46 recharge which was a Friends and Family offer. Since i made my calls to the 3 respective nos @ 20ps/sec.
3 days later i made a 149 recharge which was a night offer. since that my call charge became 1 rs. i contacted the customer care several times and they told me to do this and that. Later, i.e after some 6 days when i called they said no 2 offers could be enjoyed together. then when i enquired abt my 46 rupee recharge they disconnected. pls take action atleast to preven such an incident in future

made an online recharge through Idea web on 23-11-10 somewhere 1:38 pm and the code 84329506 after that i got a message from ID - IdeaWeb @ 1:44 pm msg("Dear customer, thank you for making a payment of Rs50.00 on the idea celluar website. it is being updated in your account"); after 1:55pm got a message from my bank regarding the debited the amount from my account and RefNo:[protected]. but still now the amount is not added on my mobile balance. my mobile number is [protected]

idea persons are always doing some type of cheating always. they will make money one or the other way without providing proper services.

I will recharge my Idea Prepaid No. +91-[protected] of Rs. 15 on date[protected] time 5.55 PM .For the purpose Of 3Day free Internet by reading advertisement in Danik Bhaskar News Paper last page on[protected] but i cant get the scheme of 3 day free internet. i was complain to Mr. Ashish supervisor (Idea Costumer Care) on[protected] time 7.40 AM but he say that the advertisement is false the anther scheme is activated that idia to idia 10 paisa min but i do not want this scheme and refound my money back which ic cut by u for the purpose using GPRS. I am jasmine. I am a Idea customer for 3 years. 2 days before i am recharging 25 rupees. but only 1 rupee is credit to my account. I am call the customer service number but the response is bad. my mobile number is [protected]. please credit 24 rupees to my account.
